Dr. Klim is awful Dr. he wont even look at you when talking to him. He is on me about being heavy, and thats all he is thinking then trying to help my pain.. I got 2 really bad knees that need replaced but they wont do surgery till I get weight off I cant walk much cause they are so bad so its a losing battle. Dr. Klim runs behind always then he says hes going to do something never does , He didnt call in my meds for 3 days I was out of pain meds I kept calling nothing then he called in but to wrong store then I go get the meds and they are giving me the wrong pain meds I CANT TAKE he is worthless Dr, They office wont even return your calls . This clinic is VERY BAD with patients. Beware!!

Before i came to Dr. Klim I read the reviews and I almost had Dr.Ward get me a different Dr.because of the reviews But I desided to go to my appointment GLAD I DID BOTH OFFICE STAFF AND DR.KLIM WERE ALL GREAT AND PROFESSIONAL TREATED ME WITH RESPECT. AND DR. KLIM SPENT TIME EXPLAINING EVERYTHING TO ME! So Please if you read those reviews dont believe them & make your own discistion. I saw Dr. Klim three times. To put it plain and simple. He is an extremely BAD Doctor, pain management or any discipline you could think of. STAY AWAY FROM THIS MAN, YOUVE BEEN WARNED. YOU SEE HIM AT YOUR OWN RISK. Just FYI. He charged me over $1200 for a $60 back support that his staff said loud enough that I clearly heard them say they do not have my size yet they game me a too large of a size belt anyway and billed my insurance over $1200.00 If you go to this man your an idiot. STAY AWAY at all costs.

This office terrible. Patients have to wait forever (1.5 hours at least) before seeing a doctor for 2 minutes. The doctor doesnt listen to what the patient has to say; he just orders a prescription as he walks out the door. This doesnt leave the patient to ask any questions. Also, the phone system is supposed to be turned on at 8:30. I called 25 times and was finally able to get through at 8:55!! My husband has been in uncessary pain due to the doctor thats supposed to help the situation.

Havent been to see him yet I see him next week,after reading the reviews I am a little nervous... However I am not going for pain so hopefully it will get me where I need to be... I am a recovering addict and relapsed last Oct and its been HELL every since then I so I will do what ever he asks me to do.. to me being on Suboxone is a privilege and I am blessed to be getting my life back...TY Laura for getting me in so quick and for just listening to me,cant wait to meet u!!

Very inefficient and unprofessional from1st visit on. I was supposed to have surgical procedure done, but after all the screw ups and no follow up from office and staff Im still waiting for their call...i will not be going back to have him cut on me..if they cant even order right parts.incomprehensible the incompetents. Shameful... DO NOT RECCOMEND

Been seeing Dr. Klim for a few months. From the very first visit I felt like he cared and wanted to help me. He listened and was patient with me and my wife as we kinda ranted about some of our frustrations. The receptionist is always nice and very pleasant. I have been seeing Dr Klim for a few years now and he always listens and address my concerns or questions. I have had surgery with him and several spinal injections and have had no troubles. The office staff is great and have always taken time to answer my questions or return phone calls.

Me and my husband have seen Mr Klim once and it was awful.. he is useless and doesnt follow through with anything.. we were told our scripts would be electronicly sent and we had to call for almost a week after they were over due to be sent to get them and still had problematic

Unfriendly staff & very unprofessional . Took them 3 weeks to tell me that my prescription wasnt covered by my insurance and I was the one who had to call them. I even called the on call doctor Because I was in pain and they told me to call back during business hours.
