I have been a Registered Nurse for 25 years. I traveled a far distance to Glasgow to go the appointment with my older mother. She introduced him to me and he waved his hand and did not acknowledge my presence. He would not look at me or interact with me. We left the patient room and he came out and said "I forgot to check you out, come back in." He then checked her blood pressure and vital signs. My vet treats my dogs better! We will not return.
