Stay away! I never post reviews but I felt my experience should be shared. May 30th, 2014 I could not get in to see either one of my regular general practitioners and decided to visit The Little Clinic. I was feeling absolutely horrible. I knew I had one or two issues. Either a respiratory or sinus infection. I arrived to the clinic about 8:45 a.m. There were no other patients. I checked in and saw nurse practitioner. She informed me that I indeed had a respiratory infection. She prescribed antibiotics and I asked her for a steroid shot. They were completely out of steroid shots due to high cases of poison ivy. She stated, we have a shipment arriving about 12:30. If you can come back by, about that time, I can just give you the shot and get you in and out of here. Okay, no problem. I arrived to the clinic about 12:45. Upon my arrival, there was one family waiting and another patient in with the nurse. I kindly told the receptionist (whom remembered me) what the nurse stated earlier. After the current patient leaves, the receptionist goes into the nurses office to let her know I was waiting. I was feeling so miserable by then, the receptionist informed me that I would have to wait because the family ahead of me had been waiting 1 hour and 20 minutes...(which I do not believe). I told the receptionist I was unhappy with the lack of service and empathy. It would have taken the nurse less than two minutes to administer the shot. Remember, this is all in the same day. I waited 10-15 minutes and could not take waiting anymore and left because my fever was spiking. I was shaking from the fever. I returned to the clinic the next morning and was informed since I did not wait yesterday, I had to pay another co-pay. I was furious but I decided to pay the extra co-pay out of desperation and receive the shot. Unfortunately, because I have had many steroids shots over the years, the shot I received did not burn or anything. I did not feel a thing. It made me think she just stuck me with a needle without any medicine. I thought the nurse lacked people skills and the receptionist did not look too happy with her job. And here I am today, Tuesday, still running a fever, coughing and feeling like crap. I guess this is what happens when you visit a "Doc-in-a-Box" I should have just gone to the emergency room. And for those wondering, yes, I have very good insurance. I felt like I was on ObamaCare...

On 05/16/17 I stopped by little clinic right after my clinical rotation because I want to get a prescription order for my skin discoloration on my back and arms. I explained to the practitioner that I believe its some kind of fungal and I have been using over the counter medication. Meanwhile I am waiting for her to introduced herself, and didnt bother to turn around from her computer desk for few minutes and ones she turned around and looked at my skin she claims she doesnt really see anything thats obvious on my skin. Then get on her phone and start googling for few minutes. Few minutes later she tells me I dont know but see a dermatologist then prescribes a medication and I get to the pharmacy they said the medication is over the counter. I called in and told her she prescribed an over the counter medication that was similar to the one I told her about, and obviously didnt work for me, she didnt care a bit. unfortunately I paid $89 to get prescribed a medication I told her about. If you really dont want to waste your time, energy and money to get no result out of it dont bother to go there.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I brought my sick child to this office and she was misdiagnosed. The nurse told me it was allergies and had me buy some $35 allergy medicine. After she got worse the next day I took her somewhere else where they found that she had a virus! The worst part of the whole experience was that the nurse scanned my debit card twice and I was double charged for this joke of an office visit. I called their corporate office and recieved horrible service. The woman I spoke with said she would handle it and I didnt hear back from them for over a month. When I called back, the woman acted like she didnt know who I was. After six weeks, they gave me back one of my payments and kept the other. This place will hire anyone!!! If you have a sick child, do yourself a favor and take them somewhere else!!!!

The nurse practitioner was the rudest and most unprofessional I have ever met. No introductions or greetings Rough way of handling a patient Short temper Not helpful Jugemental And at the end, she just opened the door and looked at me. I guess that was the hint to GTFO, I say that based on her facial expression. I went in to get a physical examination for my nursing clinicals, how ironic?! The only good thing about this visit was a reminder of never ever act like this to a patient or anyone for that matter.

If you ever want to be late for anything visit this clinic. I had faster service in the ER on a holiday. The nurse practitioner was rude and had an attitude, The nurse dragged out the visit as well. It took them about 45 minutes to send a prescription electronically. The whole visit took about 2 1/2. to top it off the clinic was empty when we got there and 1 guest when we were leaving out. Worst service I ever experienced. They need a new staff.

As a preface Im 32 years old and have been to this clinic 2 times within the last 1 1/2 years. I have dealt with Mark each time and have been very pleased with the process and diagnosis procedures each time. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone. I see there is a bad review on here for a different PA but as for Mark Ive been very pleased.

Jerika was helpful with locating my new insurance and very pleasant. Dr Christie spent plenty of time listening to my issues and explaining the diagnosis. Will recommend and come back.

I had gone for bronchitis and received great service from the doctor, however I feel like its too expensive when you have to pay out of pocket.
