Dr. Phillips has been a part of my family for over 20 years. My mother started going to him when her previous physician retired. She is 85 now and going strong. When my physician retired, I decided if Dr. Phillips was good enough for Mom, he was good enough for me. I have been a patient for 10 years or more. He has been with my family through the death of my husband, my father’s stroke, and the birth of my only grandchild who has Down syndrome. He listens patiently to my physical issues and tries to help me cruise through the challenging seas of caregiver, grandmother, teacher, and turning 60. We have some comforting discussions and then we get down to the business of feeling better – both physically and mentally. He is a rock in my turbulent voyage in life. I recommend him to anyone who has a hectic life!

Our family was fortunate to find such a great group of physicians in Bowling Green twenty years ago. Patients are treated with respect and outstanding service. Doctor Douglas Johnson is our family physician and we tell all of our friends to see him for their medical needs. He is the best doctor we have ever had. He treats all of his patients with respect and takes the time to address all of their medical needs. He is highly skilled and extremely competent. He is not only my doctor but someone I consider a close personal friend.

The staff at Greenview Medical Group are courteous and prompt, there has never been a long wait from check in, labs, returning phone calls and last but not least my Doctor Dr. Johnson takes time to listen to what I have to say, he is patient and thorough he will go the extra mile to make a personal phone call to you should have any question about your treatment plan or lab results, I would recommend him to anyone looking for a caring Doctor.

I have gone to Dr. Phillips since I was 7 years old. I loved him and his promptness to fixing any problem I had. Since they were bought out by whomever, the service has gone to the dogs. I will call and request for my Zoloft to be refilled or called in and they wait for a good 4 days after I have run out (my pharmacy calls the week before Im due to run out) to do so. I am changing doctors, as I feel as though I am no longer cared for.

He listens to their concerns. He goes out of his way to help his patients in ways of referrals! The staff is also great! The office is extremely nice and clean! Dr. Jarvis is a very good person and a knowledgeable doctor. I closed my medical practice and referred him a lot of patients. Clean, timely, self conscious , good schedule, excellent staff. I also know and can speak for all of the doctors here ( except the newest addition I have had no experience with at all) and I recommend them all otherwise.
