Terrible! My husband has a condition that has thickened his blood to a syrup like state. Tried to get him seen today and the nurse has told us that" over the phone" both doctors gave a diagnosis of a sinus infection for what my husband is going through and he should just go to a walk in clinic. They were "too busy and its a Friday", i was told. They must have excellent medical malpractice insurance! Neither of us will go to this clinic again. We had chosen them to be our primary care phasicians since ee were new to the area. Not anymore! Stay away from this place if caring and competency are what you are looking for in doctors for your family health. Like they said " go to a walk in clinic" Amanda Mckean

I went there for a check up and some back pains. The doctor was nice and without a gave me some ibuprofen and medicine to take with it that has helped me greatly. Ive gotten my prescription refilled a few times with no problem. However I was unable to call today until 10 minutes before their posted closing time. And for that I got an answering service that tells me not to call back until tomorrow. Not a simple 3 minute call to refill a stupid anti-acid pill for my stomach. Thanks tri star. Good looking out. Ill be going to family med in symrna from now on.
