Providers and staff are always pleasant. My wait times have never been long. I am usually in and out fairly quickly. They have always been very flexible with their appointment availability, and they always get me in as soon as possible. I feel a sense of comfort when i am there. I feel as if they truly care about my health, and the health of my family members. They always take the time to listen and to understand my concerns no matter how big or small it may seem. My health concerns are addressed appropriately. The facility is very clean and organized. I am always greeted by smiling faces. I am glad i chose this practice for my health care needs. I think you will too!

Dr. Allen was my doctor when we lived here from 2003-2010 and then again in 2015 when we moved back until the present. I specifically looked for him before we moved back and was thrilled to find he was still in Bowling Green. My daughter, mother and grandchildren also went to Dr. Allen when they lived here. His new location is much closer to my home and Ive never had anything but a positive experience while there. The front desk staff, nurses, Dr. Allen and Freda Meador are all friendly and helpful, and address all my medical concerns. I highly recommend The Allen Clinic.

Waiting time has always been reasonable, and its always been easy to get an appointment. The office and lab staff have been efficient and friendly. Most importantly, the level of care Ive received has been great, regardless of how minor the issue. The staff actually listens to me and has timely follow through.

I would like to say that The Greenview Medical Group The Allen Clinic is where you need to go when your sick or for a check up. The staff is courteous and helpful. There is no wait time your in and out. DR. Allen is a great Doctor and he really listens to your issues.

Ive been going to Dr. Allen ever since he was recommended by a friend. I have never been disappointed and wouldnt consider going anywhere else. I rarely have to wait long at all and his staff is professional and friendly. I cant recommend him highly enough.

Very short wait time for the visit,very clean facility, they will do there best to schedule an a appointment to suite the times you desire . Friendly staff and they will take the time to answer any question concerning your health and wellness.

My visits here have been pretty much perfect. The front desk staff is great, the nursing staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and I love my provider (Freda Meador, nurse practitioner). Shes simply the best. Highly recommend this office.
