As a little girl, I went to Dr Glasser, as much of my family (grandparents, etc) did, too. I am so happy that he has taken his practice out on his own and made it into what he believes is THE best for his patients. My family (husband and kids) started seeing Dr Kelly with ClubMD several years ago and have been extremely happy with him. He has gotten even better over the years. I love that he is "ahead of the curve" in practicing medicine and isnt quick to treat with a pill. He is a proponent of a healthy lifestyle and preventative medicine and THAT is what we need more of in this country today. I was a drug rep for 8 years so I also know that Dr Douglas is a wonderful doctor as well. I would recommend anyone to The Glasser Clinic. If you are looking for a new doctor in town, I would start here!

Dr. Glasser has been my personal physician since I was child. My entire family goes to him for their care. He is always friendly, caring, and takes time to talk with you at each appointment. I always know when I leave his office Im going to feel better. He even takes the time to explain when you might start feeling better and what to expect over the next couple of days when you are sick. I cannot imagine having anyone else as my physician! I have also seen Lisa she is the APRN and she is wonderful too! The staff is always polite and professional and will always assist you in getting a quick appointment. I have had many mornings where I have called in sick, and they worked me in before lunch with less than a ten minute wait time! They are truly the best for family care.

If a medical environment can be professional and comfortable at the same time, this is it. I am pleased to say Ive found my personal Dr. Wait time was reasonable, and every enteraction I had with all staff members left me feeling confident and cared for. The lobby was immaculate, calming and okay, perhaps inconsequential, but good publications. Dr Todd Douglas was very personable, thorough and willing to answer all my questions. I highly recommend Dr Douglas. Being newer to the community, medical choices where many and could be overwhelming but knowing Ive found my personal physician is a relief.

I am very thankful to have Lisa Grimes at The Glasser Clinic as my physician. The last few months I have had to see her several times for multiple health issues. She has continuously listened to me and helped educate me on how to improve how I feel. I am grateful that she has spent extra time studying on ways to help me feel better. Dr. Rowland is just an all around great guy. Not only does he actually listen to you about your symptoms and concerns, he doesnt make you feel like you are being rushed during you visit, and he actually takes the time to get to know you as a person. I came in for my three month check-up and he remembered everything we had talked about, and really cared about how I was doing and what was going on in my life. I would recommend him to anyone who was looking for an exemplary health care experience.

My daughter and I were both recently searching for a new doctor. We both chose Ms. Grimes. From the time you enter The Glasser Clinic you are treated courteously and professionally. Ms. Grimes and her nurse both listened carefully to each of us at our initial appointments and determined the best care for both of us. I feel very comfortable with Ms. Grimes knowledge and you couldnt ask for a more caring medical professional. Weve definitely found our new medical clinic!!!!

November 2015: I am a new patient to the Glasser Clinic and saw Dr. Kelly. This was the most informative doctor visit I have ever experienced. Dr. Kelly treated me as if I were a member of his family. He took time to listen, recommend a course of action and answer my questions. The entire staff was off the chart when it comes to interactive patient care and quality. All doctors offices should follow this modeled of patient treatment and care!

I have had three failed attempts at finding a GP in Bowling Green that seemed to really attend to their patience. Dr. Lisa Grimes at the Glasser Clinic exceeded my expectations and was absolutely incredible. She helped me feel very comfortable and at ease. She listened to my questions, gave me amazing feedback, and went above and beyond to help me. Even the women at the front desk were helpful, happy, and incredibly kind. I HIGHLY recommend this place.

On the recommendation of a friend and convenience of the location, I took a chance with Dr. Douglas. SO GLAD I DID!! He is one of the few doctors that actually listen attentively and courteously. He politely paused when he saw I had a question and was very positive with his response. Not all doctors demonstrate such kind behaviour. Took care of my illness and got me back to work faster then anticipated! THANK YOU Dr. Douglas!!!

I love the Glasser clinic and Dr Douglas since I have been going there for over 2 years. My daughter in law goes there now and loves him too! He is always caring and spends as much time as needed to care for you. The staff is courteous and patient. I can not recommend them highly enough. I am in the healthcare field and an RN so I have been around enough doctors to say this one is the best by far!

I really appreciate everyone at the Glasser Clinic. It is a beautiful environment with accessible parking. Dr. Glasser fulfills his motto of "Cure them with Kindness." I am a CHC employee and paid the extra copay to go to this clinic. I was NOT disappointed. I saw Lisa Grimes and she was an absolute sweetheart, very personable and knowledgeable. She sat down with me for over 20 minutes and discussed my health. She also took time to educate me on a few pertinent things regarding my health. Ill definitely be back.
