My husband went here to get a prescription, we were new patients and were told that new patients can only be seen on Fridays. No problem, we go in get meds, people are nice. So, I decided I would go back to get my prescription from there. Made and appointment for Friday, as I am a new patient, with no problem, I flaked and missed my appointment, so I call back to reschedule, the little girl at the desk, told me I didnt know what I was talking about, because they dont prescribe that kind of medication, I spoke to the office manager, who said "she doesnt know what she is talking about", and was going to make my appt. Well, now I find out that new patients are seen everyday, not just on Friday. We were also told that only one doctor could prescribe my medication, and found out that ALL doctors could write this prescription, so I warn you, NOBODY knows what is happening in this office, I have made another appointment, I would NEVER trust my care to this circus of morons!!

They are terrible. Lab results take forever. Any other Dr office Ive ever went to, I was always called with lab results within 24-48 hrs. First time, they never called me. Finally, after 2 weeks, I called. Their answer...The Dr hasnt had a chance to review and sign off on the results. I called the next day and demanded the results, then I finally got them. This time, it has been a week. I just called. Their answer..."The doctor hasnt got around to look at the results yet" I explained that I waited 2 weeks last time and had to finally call myself. The nurse just gave me the excuse.."our doctors see many patients a day and they review the lab results when they get a chance." Unacceptable answer! If thats the case, then maybe youre overbooking. After I finally receive my lab results, I will be finding a new provider. If youre looking for one yourself, Id advise you to stay away from this one.

Brandon is friendly, knowledgeable, and not squeamish. However, I cannot say anything positive about the staff at the front desk. My first visit I showed up 10 minutes early. When I got to the desk, I was almost turned away. The girl working there said, "You know you were supposed to show up 30 minutes prior." I said no, I didnt, no one on the phone said this. She said it is their policy. If its their policy I should be informed of it. They are always rude, whispering about patients. I could hear them today calling someone an idiot. They are totally unprofessional. I will not return because of them.

They refused to help my husband by refusing to prescribe him his medication that theyd been prescribing him for over 2 years for his adult ADHD. My husband started asking them questions about stupid charges on his bill when the doctor became irritated and decided he didnt want to prescribe him anymore. Theyre also trying to charge my sister over $1,300 dollars for a single visit when she has insurance! Dont go here, theyre TERRIBLE.

I have been a patient at Heartland Primary Care for many years. I have not had an issue with the physicians, physician assistants, or nurse practitioners that I have seen in that practice. However, the office staff leaves a lot to be desired. Im constantly having issues with prescription refills, getting call backs, and getting my blood work results.

Heartland Primary Care takes care of my whole family. We love all of the providers there. If my kids are sick they can always get us in the same day, and have them feeling better in no time! If you need a new primary care office . . . look no further!
