Had a 11:30 appt. Was told to come 30 early due to being a new patient. Got there at 10:45 & didnt go back until 12:30 -12-45 and the Dr didnt come in until 2pm. I got out around 3pm. So 10:45 - 3 is entirely too long to be at a Drs appt. For me to only b with the Dr for 30-45 mins. Wasnt impressed at all.

Ive been a patient for over 15+ years and I walked in today due to season allergies which is causing an asthma attack. But today Im told I needed an appointment for something that is urgent. Ive never receive anything in the mail about this new change. FML; You can do better!
