Took my 82 year old mother to her follow up visit from a recent car wreck. Dr. Norris was her dr that day at Jencare. Dr. Norris actually grabbed my moms medicine bag out of her hand and said, "come on, I have a lot to get to and need to get this medicine in order!" Then when I asked her about my moms home health being canceled before she was fully recovered she turned quickly to me raising both hands in the air and raised her voice saying, "I HEAR YA HONEY, BUT THATS NOT ME THATS THEM!!" Referring to another facilitating office. Then when my mom needed to cough for her she yelled at her, "COUGH" after her 2nd attempt at coughing. My mom has severe lung issues from asbestosis and several broken ribs she is recovering from due to a car wreck. This doctor is a mean spirited wretch of a woman to mistreat elderly people! Who knows what she does when theres no family with them. If I could rate her lower, I would...

Bed side manner is horrible. She is in a rush and doesnt care about her patients. If you ask her a script or a EKG she huffs (exhale out loud) worse Doctor I have ever seen/had. Will not return! I thought Doctors should care and take their time with you.

I love that she gives it to me straight - even if I dont like what she says. Shes a smart doctor. Thats what I like most about her.
