I love Dr. Reyes. But as far as his staff. They suck... I call 2 to 3 times a week, for the past 2 1/2 months about a referral they should have done months ago. The office mgr. Keeps telling me shes faxed to my new doctor. I called the doctor where my referral is going and they never received it. So, we tried email. Still no email sent. The office mgr. Keeps telling me shes doing it, but shes a list. My referring doctor has even called them numerous times and they say they will but never do. Thing is, I cant even go pick the damn referral up myself, because the says my current physician has to fax or email it. Ive texts Dr. Reyes about this on his personal cell ohobe, and he tells me I have to deal with the girls up front. Ive had a lump in my lungs for two years now and I still havent got a referral on that either. So what am I supposed to fi? SMH

THIS REVIEW IS ABOUT THE DOCTOR ONLY- Dr.Reyes is by far the best doctor Ive had in ....well, honestly as long as I can remember & Im in my 30s. He always has time to answer my questions & understands that I get kinda anxious when theres a problem. He is more than my doctor, I consider him a friend. I usually greet him with a fist bump or a hug (depending on how I feel). I can tell he puts my health first as he has provided me with a means to reach him anytime. Everytime someone says they need a new PCP, I recommend Dr. Reyes w/o hesitation. Yes the wait can be long at times but thats proof that he gives all of his patience time to talk with him. Also, when I brought my mom along once, he explained my condition to her as well as to me. Ive been his patient for about 7-9 yrs.

My mother was a patient of his. Yes, the office visits could last all day, but to me they were worth it. My mother was a patient of another doctor that had her on a list of presciptions as long as my arm. One to take deal with the side effects of one drug, then shed be on one to deal with the side effects of that drug and so on and so on. First thing Dr Reyes did was cut her prescription list in half and started her on better drugs that actually dealt with the problem instead of masking them. He truly cares about his patients and wants them to get better, not just feel better.

If youre looking for a good Doctor than look no further. This man is very personable, funny and treats you like a human being. The only down side of his office is the wait. No matter what youre going to be in there for the majority of your day. The reason being is because he spends time with each patient, making sure they understand whats going on with them. (I assume its also because of how many patients he has now as well) If he needs to refer you to any other Doctors, etc etc. He honestly cares about you! I love going to see him even if the office is ran like a madhouse!

Dr Reyes saved my mothers life not only did he listen to her but answer questions and makes things clear what the end result will be if she does not do ALL of what was required my mother would not had lasted 2 months it was her thyroid and she been to several Drs and no one listed so Dr Reyes will always be my hero and yes we all wait for a long time to see him that shows your willing to the BEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. The office staff is disrespectful, disorganized and not familiar with HIPAA laws. Office visits can exceed 3-4 hours and Dr. Reyes is typically not on site until 11AM or 12PM despite setting appointments starting at 9 AM. If your health, privacy and time are of any value to you, please take your business elsewhere. You have been warned.

Dr. Reyes is great however his office staff never seem to care or know what their doing. Forget calling, you have to go to the officeHe on the other hand takes his time with each patient. Very thorough
