The doctors here are fabulous. While most are still residents, they are very knowledgeable and take the time to thoroughly explain things to you. The only negative I have is the scheduling - other than using their walk-in hours, if you need to schedule checkups, etc, with the doctors, it is almost impossible. Your doctor may say "lets schedule an appointment next week," and then you walk out to do so, and youre told that the doctor doesnt have any available appointments for another month. Or they send you home without scheduling anything, and never call you. You have to call back, only to again get told that the doctor doesnt have anything available. Even if you receive a note in the mail that its time to schedule, your appointment could be weeks later than what it should be. This is extremely frustrating.

I started going here while I was pregnant back in September and every doctor I had I absolutely loved! Dr. Barker made every single appointment so exciting to go to. When I went into labor my doctor was out of town, but the on call doctors at the hospital were so great I chose them to by my daughters doctors! The whole entire staff have always been so nice. Danielle, one of the receptionists and nurses has always been extremely helpful and always comes to say hi to my daughter and I whenever we come in. My daughters doctors, Dr. Pinney & Dr. Johnston are just amazing. Theyre so good with her and interact with her while they are checking her out. I 100% recommend this place because they literally treat you like family!

My doctor called in the wrong prescription, so I called and left a message for him. Shortly after, I received a call back from a staff member named Kathy. She had an attitude as soon as I answered the phone. I tried to explain what happened and she was very short with me, and condescending. She did not understand when I tried to explain to her, so I had my mom (who is a pharmacist) call them, thinking shed be able to better explain the mistake. After my mom called, I received another phone call from Kathy, and she told me the doctors are busy and not to call there again. Extremely unprofessional. I will be looking for a new doctor now. Not impressed at all.

I had been very optimistic about this place however, the doctor was generally unconcerned about my concerns, ignored what my previous doctor had been doing that worked, and unnecessarily changed everything about the medication which has now had some serious side affects. When I tried to schedule an appointment to get in regarding that, I was told I couldnt get in for several more weeks despite them touting themselves as a walk in clinic. Guess Ill find a better doctor/system ANYWHERE else.

Scheduling is terrible...refilling prescriptions are never easy and the patient portal doesnt list current appointments or updated labs. Walked in for my mothers appointment today and they had it noted we cancelled the appointment?! When we did no such thing. So now we are waiting almost an hour and a half and have yet to be seen.

Medical assistants are wonderful. Front desk staff are helpful. Doctors have no compassion or experience, and frankly I question their education, especially when it comes to disease processes, patient care and treatment protocol.

Horrible place. They left me sitting there for over two hours with a new born baby before they realised tvs doctor I was scheduled to see wasnt even there that day. How do you take a patient back and not know the doctor is there.

Nice place
