Horrible office, I wouldnt recommend anyone go here. My symptoms have been going on for at least 2 years and I just found out by another doctor in the emergency room at community south that I have a kidney stone that is stuck and that is what has been causing me pain and kidney infections. The doctors at IU family physicians clearly do not pay attention to their patients medical history, I even asked to be referred to a urologist at my last visit there and they told me to wait until my next appt and let them do a pap first????? Worst experience of my life.

Avoid this office at any cost. Everyone is friendly but they are extremely disorganised. Three times in a row they lost paperwork I brought them and never faxed information as I requested. Doctor Thorma (or however its spelled) saw my husband yesterday and prescribed a new medication which he then never charted and never sent to the pharmacy. I had a pap smear done months ago and was never told of the results even after I asked. Theyre unprofessional at best!

Honestly cant speak about all of the doctors but as for my primary care & pain management doctors : My very first appointment I was told that I will be in pain the rest of my life. So if thats so why is it like pulling teeth to get my refill on my pain meds each & every month? I do not abuse them, heck they dont even give me enough to keep my pain subsided let alone enough to abuse them.

When I visited Dr. Ferguson, he was attentive and listened to my concerns and then was willing to be straight with me and tell me his concerns as well as offer suggestions and positive reinforcement. It was a very positive experience and Im glad I found Dr. Ferguson and the Family Medicine Center.

Unsupervised residents who fail at comprehension and ability to work through a problem. I have never been treated so shabbily or disrespectfully in my over 25 year relationship with Methodist Hospital. I hope the person attending me gets into a different line of work.

Dr. Moulder a very good caring doctor. He doesnt try to be in a rush like a lot of doctors that I have seen. He takes the time to find out what is wrong and do what it takes to fix it.

Dont bother coming here if you care for you autonomy as a patient. Understanding, trusting, and listening to the patients is nowhere near this place when it comes to the doctors.
