My wife had an appointment with her about infertility (as its been over a year at that point). At 25 years old, my wife was already nervous and anxious about the whole appointment. Dr. VanDyke first question when we entered was about our insurance, then she spent the next hour telling my wife that maybe its not a part of Gods plan/timing, were still young, maybe my wife could lose some weight or that she shouldnt "push" me to have a child (because of unemployment), etc. It was "grandmotherly" and things we already knew by doing our own research. She didnt perform any tests (blood test) but instead got us a list of procedures and prices for future tests. My wife almost left in tears with $75 less in our pockets. Needless to say, we are not going back. Were truly disappointed and now my wife is afraid that all doctors will look down on us for not having insurance and being young.

I have been a patient of Dr. Rebecca Vandyke for over 8 years. I would highly recommend her if you are looking for someone to be upfront and honest with you. She isnt the type of doctor to tell you what you want to hear, but what you NEED to hear. She has been a mentor, guidance and support through 2 of my miscarriages and the birth of my daughter. I have suffered from post traumatic stress disorder for over half of my life and she has referred me to some of the best specialists in West Michigan. I have had issues with Zeeland Physicians in the past, billing errors... etc. but, I will continue to be a patient of Dr. Vandykes because SHE is worth it and I value her care.

I have had Dr VanDyke for 17 years now, and I can say without hesitation that she is far and beyond any other doctors that I have ever had. She has always taken the time to explain everything to me, and would take as much time as needed to make sure that I understood what she was saying. Her and her staff have always been curtious in all Thier dealings.with me. If they had a ten star rating I would give her that. Highly recommend her to anyone that wants a loving and caring doctor.

My family has been seeing her for over ten years. She is very motherly and cares deeply for her patients. She has never sugarcoated anything. She is very straight forward and thats what you need in a doctor. Not someone to lie to you or coddle you. She treats you like family. Her staff is amazing especially nurse Nancy. Our family loves them!

She didnt even talk to me about what I really came there for. The hospital now asks every patient questions about depression. She only talked to me about how "my life is worth it" and didnt even ask any questions about my pain. Its a sad joke. I do not recommend at all.

Went to see her after dislocating my knee cap, when I asked her a valid question she laughed in my face. I have never been more disrespected as a patient than my visit with her. I will crawl to another city to see another doctor before going back to her.

Had a first appointment with Dr VanDyke which was required by my insurance company Priority Health. Dr was very hurried, not very friendly. Had to fill in a few lines on a form for my insurance and sent a bill for $25. Not too impressed.

Terrible excuse for a doctor. If you want someone whos biased and religious based then Dr. VanDyke is for you!
