I had a 2:00 appointment. Their literature indicated that the patient and the doctors time was important and if the patient was 20 minutes that they would be ask to reschedule. Sounds good and I am looking for a primary care doctor. Maybe I have found it; they care about my time. WRONG. It is 4:00 and I am still waiting. If I did not really need this exam today I would be gone, but I will sure not be back and will discourage anyone one else from using a group that is so inconsiderate!!

I absolutely love Dr. Hill-Graham but she really needs someone to fix how that office is run. They are TERRIBLE!!!!! You are instructed to leave message and they will get back with you, but they never do. You have to keep calling and calling and calling.... I have been calling for 2 weeks for a refill and still no reply. The lady that answers their phones just keeps sending me to the voicemail. I am not satisfied at all

Some of the rudest people work in that office. The most incompetent, rudest women I have ever dealt with in a health care facility. I cant believe they are allowed to work with the public.
