DO NOT USE Mr. JAMES! He is the most unprofessional individual I have ever met. As a first time customer... I just had an appointment with this chiropractor and after checking in I was put into one of his offices... and it seems they forgot about me. I waited 20 minutes just sitting in the room and i was just about to walk out and Mr. James walks in. He looks at me and says how are you? and i respond... i was just about to walk out because I have been waiting here for 20 minutes with no communication. He looked at me and said, in a real cocky i dont care attitude... "DO YOU KNOW WHY... CAUSE THE DOOR WAS CLOSED".... as if I was the one that shut the door. I was so appalled by his rudeness I decided to leave. As i was leaving, the receptionist asked me what happened and I told her and she says, "Sorry... i should NOT have closed the door". Mistakes happen, but for me to be spoken and treated like that by a person who owns the business... that is absolutely absurd. There are way too many chiropractors in the area for you to waste your time on this one.

I have been visiting this place for almost 2 years and a half three times a week. I had a chronic lowback pain since 1999. From the second month, I started to get over, at the 4th month I forgot something called "my lowback hurts" thanks a lot Dr. James.

I had an appointment for a massage and no one showed up to see me after I confirm my appointment twice. I check next-door and they said that happens all the time. I took off work for this appointment and my time is valuable too.

Good luck getting an appointment. I tried for months to get an appointment. Then when I was finally able to get an appointment it was a month out and they would not honor my Groupon which would be expired be then.
