Not only do you receive adjustments to address the problem areas above, you receive an entire care plan that can ultimately lead you to the healthy lifestyle youve always dreamed of. I have learned what foods effect my body, exercises to ensure I get the most of my adjustments, how to sleep properly, and more. AlignLife offers a laid back, friendly, and comfortable atmosphere combined with the professionalism and expertise of real doctors. If youre concerned about cost, the AlignLife team will work with you on payment plans, work with your insurance provider on your behalf, etc. After your first consultation, a typical visit can last up to 30 minutes or less - they sincerely value your time and make the most out of each visit. I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes to see the doctor, get adjusted, and move onto physical therapy. Overall, AlignLife offers a more personal experience based on YOUR needs.
