I got to the office just before the hour for my scheduled appointment slated for 7:00AM, and right after the hour, I was asked in for my examination and cleaning. The dental hygienist was thorough and very nice. When I was finished and went to the front desk to pay for the fluoride part of my treatment not covered by my insurance, I ran into a problem with my payflex card that I had to spend nearly a half hour over the phone to resolve, which as it turns out, was that I had mistakenly kept an expired card instead of the current one. The nice ladies at the front desk were very understanding as I realized my blunder, which will now be resolved with a new card being sent to me that I can then pay my bill with once I get it. It was appreciated that the ladies at the front desk were understanding while I was on the phone all that time seeking a resolution. I live over a half hour away from Parkview Family Dentistry, but I continue to go there happily, not just because of their professionalism, but also because I greatly appreciate that a few years ago, they opened up an appointment slot for 7:00AM on Wednesdays for patients whose schedules would make that a much more convenient time, as it is with me since I work third shift. In todays day and age, great customer service is important, and this is how to do it right.
