I took our 4 month old kitten in to get nuetered and had a fantastic experience. I requested an appointment online and they got back to me the next day and got our kitten in the next week! Drop off went smooth for having so many animals in at once and the price is amazing, we also got flea medication which they put on him before surgery that is super cheap and works great compared to the stuff in stores! We also got our rabies shot there too! Pick up was hectic but the staff handled it well and were very positive and made sure to answer any questions I had about first time cat ownership! Will definitely reccomend to anyone I know who needs services.

If I could give them zero stars I would! I have called no less than three times, leaving a message each time because no one ever answers the phone, and Not Once has anyone returned my phone call. Ive left a message with their website and their Facebook but the response on Facebook was an automated reply that in no way addressed the fact that I have been trying to schedule spays and neuters for five TNR cats for almost two weeks leaving me no choice but to house these cats in my house the entire time.

We had our dog spayed at this place in March of 2011. They used steel internal sutures. Well, she has been having pain for an entire year from this, when we complained about it, this place wanted more money from us to fix thier mistake. Spend your money at a reputable clinic, and do not support this place until they decide to change things. I know of 2 other dogs in which these steel sutures have actually come through the skin.

Over the last few years I have taken between 50 and 100 cats to this clinic for spay/neuter. Excellent service despite the amazing traffic of people in and out. The cats "always" received the best of care. One vet realized a cat had been in chronic pain for months before the surgery and spoke with me on what to do to remedy the condition before the cat was released. Five stars is not enough.......I give them a "10!"

They provided great service at an OUTSTANDING price. Our dog recovered quickly (basically didnt even notice anything had happened) and we have had no problems. I would highly recommend this facility for animal spay/neutering. I had no problem calling and getting an appointment. I called once for a vaccination question and just left a message and they called back within 20 minutes.

PROS: Got my 1 year old Schnauzer neutered here and the price was much lower then anywhere else I checked on. Even after some of the extras it was still a good price. CONS: Waiting area is WAY too small for the volume of animals they handle there, there were literally 50+ people (with pets) crammed into a space not much larger then 10 x 20 feet.

I just want to say ... I have taken many pets here my own and rescue animals and have always had good expereinces. Yes, they are busy and dont have alot of time for chatting however they do care about the pets and do their job well as well as inform you as to what to do if you need help or your pet has a problem.

I worked at this clinic for over 2 year and can honestly say they always want what is best for every animal and every client. There can sometimes be miscommunication between staff and clients but that is inevitable due to the volume of pets seen. They are the only staff I would trust with my pets.

This place saved me almost $200 over what my vet wanted to charge for a spay service. Nice staff and reputable services. Very long wait for drop off and pickup. Be prepared to spend an hour for each in a very small/crammed room and the line often is out the door.

I took a puppy to get its shots and fixed and my dog caught kennel cough while at there facility and they want to say the shot that they give my dog dont cure all the viruses and want to charge me for the medicine after they charged me $140 initially

I called over 20 vets in nearby towns... $35 here! I didnt mind the wait. They worked with me on an early pick up time for very legit reasons and I was so grateful for that! Will be bringing in the stray we now have to be fixed as well.
