First off, this is not my regular vet but WILL be from here on out! I called them this morning out of the blue for 3 boxer puppies all showing signs of conjuctivitis. Even though we were new patients, they had an opening and got us in ASAP! Everyone was extremely sweet and helpful to me and my babies! They did a thorough exam on all 3 of the pups, prescribed their medication, and even saw something in one of them that my regular vet has missed! Dr. Morand and tech Kara were so kind and gentle and the entire staff was sweet and so great in helping me get 3 pups in and out! Finally, the cost of the visit and meds was SO resonable! Again, we will be making this our regular vet clinic! Thanks to everyone there that made a potentially stressful experience go so well for my babies and I!

We have used this vet for years and are very happy with the care weve gotten from them. Theyre easy to work with if youre tight money-wise, wont give an animal an exam if it needs something little. My Jade needed a blood test for her thyroid level, it did NOT require an exam-a tech came out, drew the blood, all we paid for was the cost of the test. They diagnosed & removed a stone from our Linuss bladder that NO ONE ELSE had been able to find. Dr Schnarr is a caring wonderful man, his staff is well trained, & theyre all good people, willing to work with a customer on anything he or she needs done for their pet. We will continue to use him until the sad day when he retires, & I recommend Irvington Vet Clinic very highly. Its HARD to find a vet you can trust-well, Ive found one!

Im told that the Vet who owned this practice retired and sold the practice to a large corporate entity. Until a new permanent veterinarian is chosen, they are covering with relief vets. That being said, we were EXTREMELY satisfied with Dr. Arnold, the relief vet whom we saw. I chose three stars however, because I am very concerned about this practices long term commitment to its clients and willingness to invest in technologies needed to bring it to the cutting edge of veterinary medicine. I am hopeful, but doubtful. These types of issues are common during the transition period after the sale of an historic practice. Time will tell and I hope the transition is resolved quickly.

Called ahead to get pricing for getting our dogs glands cleared and for heartworm pills as her current fill was running out at the end of the month. Was told that since her current fill is not out yet she would not need a test. Get there and now they need to do a $25 test for heartworms!? Told them no and just to clear her glands. The vet does this and takes 2 seconds to look at her mouth. Everything good we go to pay and its $50! We were expecting $10 for the glands. Apparently he did a checkup to!? I cannot recommend this vet and would advise others to stay away unless you enjoy bad surprises.

I would never come back to this place again. My dog was in pain and limping and they told me they could not see her for 4 days and to call another vet. Which is what I did, and I will never be taking my animal back to this place. Pretty sad that the vet she had been seeing her whole life would not make her a priority. Crestview worked her in immediately. Bye Irvington Pet Clinic!

Switched to this vet from the one my adopted dog used since she was a puppy due to it being much closer to my home and work. Ive been very pleased with the service and the staff. They seem to really care about you and your furry family member.

Stay away, staff is very unfriendly. Place is so dirty and unsanitary. Have heard from a lot of folks that pets have died due to negligence in vet care.
