Weve used three vets in my lifetime of having pets - a small vet in Granger, Avondale in Des Moines, and now All Creatures Small in Indianola. My Babyboy Tank got a stick in the eye, and ACS flushed it out and treated him, and he looks a 100% better. What I like about this clinic is that they explain what theyre going to do, and I get to select any optional items - chem or heme blood work or both, which anesthesia to use, etc. with prices disclosed. So far, I find the prices to be much more reasonable than Avondale, who only wanted to manipulate his hips and pitch expensive surgeries to correct his slight hip dysplasia. ACS has very nice, professional, useful people. I really appreciate what they do.

We just got a dog and she came from a very bad home we asked them to clip her nails and they gave her more torment then needed to be. I was told they were going to give her an anesthetic they didnt. I told her no and the lady proceeded to say I said no wrong. Also told me to discourage the way that Piper was acting . My daughter was giggling because she was nervous for Piper and the lady looked up at my daughter and told her it wasnt funny.They are the rudest place that Ive ever been to in my entire 43 years of life and will never recommend them to nobody.

Took my guinea pig in after an unfortunate encounter with my dog. He wasnt using his back legs. The vet was amazing, gave me a prescription with instructions and sent us on our way. Got me in the same day I called even as a new customer. And then called me Monday to see how my little guy was doing. I will definitely be recommending them to all of my friends with small creatures!

Thay WERE our vet until they killed my 2 16 month old dogs after neuter surgery. They are incompetent and uncaring. She couldnt even be bothered to say she was sorry about killing them.
