In November of 2016 Dr. Socha and Dr. Zeronis came to my school to give free massages. Of course I signed up because I always get that tension in my neck when I am stressed. When I walked in the room, Dr, Z said that he remembered me (from the last visit) by my neck, Wow! He remembered my neck! At that moment, I booked an appointment. As it turns out, I have subluxation and a curvature in my spine. Ive been going for 9 months and Ive noticed a HUGH difference! The tension in my neck is gone! My posture has improved dramatically. The bad thing it that i never thought my posture was that bad. I still have a ways to go but im very happy with my progress. It is a process and not always immediate. In May of 2017, I started seeing Dr. Z once per month for nutrition visits. This is due to blood work that shows that I have high cholesterol and high triglycerides. Dr. Z gave me a meal plan to follow and herbal supplements. I also started counting how many grams of sugar that I was eating each day. This was hugh for me because I have a sweet tooth. But I did it and immediately lost 5 pounds that I have kept off all summer. Although, my triglycerides are now back to normal, my cholesterol remains above normal. I will continue to work on lowering it! As Dr. Z keeps telling me, its a process and baby steps!!!

We came to Dr. Z after trying many other treatments for my son who has had chronic stomach and intestinal pain. After being hospitalized in December because of inflamed intestines, we began seeking more alternative treatments since traditional medicine could offer us no hope for his continued recovery. He has been receiving nutrition and chiropractic care for 4 months now and is seeing much improvement. Dr. Z shows great care and concern for my son, and he communicates far better than any other Doctor I have been to. He always answers emails, calls to check on us, and takes time to explain what he is doing during our visits. My son has taken ownership of his health and now shows an interest in the work Dr. Z does. I would (and I do!) recommended this office to anyone.

Dr. Socha and Dr. Z have been treating me for 8+ months. I originally sought treatment for a hamstring and knee injury. After 2-3 weeks of treatment, I was back to 100%. Since then I have attended regularly, twice a week program. They have treated a shoulder injury and a lower back injury as well with great outcomes. I am a "why" person, and they always educate me what they are doing and why they are doing it as they treat me. I have noticed improvement in my fitness capabilities and every day movement. They are professional, their staff is wonderful, and I always experience short to no wait time.

Both Dr. S and Dr. Z are great people and very knowledgeable. They both have an obvious passion for what they do and care a great deal about their patients. The rest of the staff at Align Your Spine are also very friendly and dedicated to serving patients. I highly recommend Align Your Spine to anyone in the Frankfort or Louisville areas.
