A thoroughly awful experience, and wish there was a way to rate with negative stars! 3 hour wait times are not uncommon. This is made worse by incompetent physicians, office staff, and medical support staff. The office areas are filthy (as mentioned in other reviews), and I wouldnt be surprised if I catch more illness just by having visited this facility. I WILL NEVER VISIT ANOTHER NORTON FACILITY AGAIN!!

Horrible experience I made an appointment for a pap smear never got the pap an I got prescribed the wrong medication which caused my birth control not to work an now Im pregnant with my third child unplanned at that smh customer service was horrible like they give anyone a job Nortons has gotten worse with the all around customer experience smh they need to be closed down

I used to go here before Norton took it over, it was nicer then. The staff is incompetent and rude, the waiting room was absolutely disgusting. As much pain as I was in I didnt even stick around to see the doctor as Id been sitting there 2 hours, at that point I was fed up and left. I wouldve died waiting on them.

Very long wait time!!!went there for visit the nurses there gave me a appointment, went to appointnent doctor Would Not see me!!!said they made mistake. Okkk who fault is that!! Your nurses, staff! Doctor Never there only Practioners but what good are they if they cant do what dr does..soooo unorganized

We made an appointment to see the Dr , after waiting for 2 hrs we were told they are closing and we had to reschedule. The girl at the counter tried to be nice, but her manager was rude. Never got to see the Dr. Would never go there.

My experience has been great. I been going there for along time. I have a outstanding doctor. Wait time sometimes is a little long but its not that bad. The staff is wonderful
