Called and made an new patient appointment, described the exact allergy issues I was having was scheduled for an appointment. Get in for an appointment tell 2 different people why I am there, go through the hassle of filling out informotion and asking questions only for Dr. Carter to come in and rudely tell me they do not see patients for my type of allergies that I need to see an allergist aka immunologist. Staff was rude except the nurse who came in with him. An absolute joke apparently the people who schedule appointments do this often. If you dont know your job then you dont need to be doing it.

I didnt care for dr..and when i tried to make an appointment for Allgery test never could get an appointment. The girl who called never answered the phone when i called . I left several messages and told them i couldnt take my phone in to work but so I could make and appointment I did at the risk if getting fired so I could keep calling ,for my calls not to be answered. I gave up on trying to call to make an appointment for for allgery test. They must not have really cared becaused no one nevered tried calling again . I was very disappointed.
