ProRehab (at Gardiner Lane) came highly recommended by two orthopedists, and it exceeded expectations. Overall it is a friendly space with lots of helpful people and machines. But above all the expertise and experience of the staff was phenomenal. I was being treated for a torn hamstring tendon. My therapist was Dr John Hardy who worked tirelessly me to strengthen my injured leg and regain flexibility. This treatment took the form of a range of exercises as well as various pain modalities including deep tissue massage, dry needling and BFR. John was also great at explaining what he was doing (and why) and his evidence-based treatments increased my confidence. I highly recommend this facility and will continue to workout there through its fitness program once PT is done.
