Ive been to this little clinic twice to recieve my depo provera, the first time was very easy and I was charged $25 to recieve the shot. I went again this year with for the same services, paid $25 for the shot, and was sent a bill almost 2 months later for $126 for random services. The provider that gave me the shot is Erica Kampsen, DO NOT RECIEVE CARE FROM HER! She did not disclose any of these charges she was making at the time to me and I left thinking I only owed $25. I bet Im not the only person shes done this to, I will be calling the little clinic later on to see if these wrongful charges can be cleared

My daughter and I stopped by the clinic on Sunday, August 31st. The receptionist or person handling customers was quite unfriendly. She just kept saying there would be a wait. Then she left for break without providing any assistance to my daughter who just wanted her to check to see if insurance would cover a vaccination. She just said that my daughter could come back hours later, but there would still be a wait. Very poor customer service. We will not visit this clinic again for any type of service.

Would not recommend this place to anyone. The nurse enjoys hiding in the patient rooms preoccupied with her phone, and the practioner locked herself in the room with a computer. Sat there over two hours, with only two people ahead of me, until I was skipped in line for someone who came in afterward.
