Was there on Wednesday evening and seen by Erin. She swabbed for strep and flu. Flu positive, strep not positive. She was very caring and gentle on a very sore throat. I give her and her helper 5 stars. Both very, very good. Speed ahead to Friday morning, throat much worse.....I go back for another throat culture....I dont remember her name, but she was EXTREMELY rough on my very, very, very sore throat. I realize she was doing her job, but she could have taken the time to swab gently. I give this visit a 3 due to unnecessary roughness. This gives an average of 4 for both visits. Since there are only two rooms, it does get a little busy at times and the wait times can be long.....30 minutes to an hour. With the right staff, its worth the wait.

I absolutely Love this clinic!! I literally use it over going to my primary because I dont need an appointment and can be seen usually in less than an hour. All of the staff are super friendly, no matter what team is working that day ❤ I love that they have hours 7 days a week, and until 7:30 during the week. This place is super convenient, efficient, super friendly, and cheaper than my primary. I literally only use my primary for prescription refills and use the Shepherdsville Little Clinic for everything else. Thank you!

Trucker getting a load became sick. Bobtailed in to see Erin. Thank you so much feeling betterish. Fabulous friendly family type place. Lovely smiles too.....thks so much. Wait time, well they take the time to find out what the problem is. Wait time is approximate healing is a practice not a science. Thks again....

Ok for what it is, but cannot trust the online wait time. It stated under 30 min, but I waited over 1 hour.
