Our initial visit with our very young maltipoo went fairly well. As time went on, the vet began recommending we purchase things that my puppy didnt need. The last straw was during our last visit, my wife was severely overcharged. As a rule of thumb, she. Called me out of concern and after reviewing the invoice, I discovered that wed been duped. I. Called, spoke with the vet and he agreed that we had been overcharged. When my wife returned for a refund and handed the receptionist her card, she was again charged instead of refunded. The entire ordeal was draining and frustrating. Never again.

I have had 3 beloved German Shepherds that have all been treated by Drs. Brett and Lucie Berryhill at Staring Plaza Veterinary Center. They have been so loving and caring to our dogs, especially our last one, who had a particularly strange condition that usually requires a very expensive treatment. Dr. Brett researched alternate treatments and discovered a very effective one that we could afford. He enabled us to keep our dog alive and relatively well for a lot longer than usual for a Shepherd, and I will be forever grateful.

Brought my girl here for a checkup and to get her rabies tags. I was asked before every procedure that would add to my bill, which made me more comfortable when I got the total at the end. They were very good with her, and were as gentle as they could be (which is saying something, since Minnie is only 7 lbs and a very squirmy cat). They were able to fit me in within the week too, which was great!

Friendly and attentive staff. Is much closer to home than my previous vet. The receptionist will file pet insurance claims on your behalf which is pretty awesome. Parking is easy. It was an overall pleasant experience for having to go to the vet.
