The entire staff is extremely nice and helpful. I had the best experience with Mrs. Kasie and Dr. Ed Hood. They made sure everything was comfortable for me during my visits. I didnt have insurance, so I signed up for their Quality Care Membership. My x-rays were reviewed with me, and I got a detailed list and explanation of all the work I needed. They were able to do work on 12 of my teeth in only 2 days. Dr. Hood even stayed late working on my teeth one night. I got a root canal, 4 crowns, 3 old silver fillings replaced, and 5 new fillings. I am very pleased with the quality of their work, and my teeth look wonderful. The crowns look very natural. I will be going to Hood Dental Care for all of my future dental needs and recommending them to anyone who needs dental care!

I had a new patient exam and cleaning with Hood Dentistry today. From the time I walked in the door I knew I chose the right place! The girls at the front desk were very welcoming and polite. Brianne was the dental assistant who worked on me. She is so nice! She immediately made me feel comfortable. After my cleaning she did a Floride treatment. My hygienist was Cheryl. She was very therough as well as informative. I would go as far to say that Cheryl probably gave the best cleaning Ive ever had! Dr Mindy Moore was the dentist who saw me. She was super sweet! Dr Moore went over everything with me and answered any and all of my questions. Overall I was extremely pleased with my experience at Hood Family Dentistry! Kirsten M

I had always had a terrible anxiety when it came to dentist visits. I have been coming to Hood dental for the past 5 years. My experience here has been very unique. Its almost like coming and visiting with friends rather than a dentist visit. I feel so at ease that there is not any anxiety anymore. The staff here always finds a way to make me feel comfortable during my dental procedures. My teeth have never been in such good shape as they are now!!! I really love the kind and professional way I am treated at Hood Dental Care. I have had some bad experiences with other Dentist so I never liked going to a Dentist. I have back problems so its painful for me to stay in one position for long. The staff was so patient, I stood through some Xrays and they let me lay flat for others, I have never had a Dental office be so accommodating, patient,kind and professional. Hood Dental is a bit more expensive than other places but they are worth every dollar. The best of the best. Very nice exam rooms, pleasant waiting area, kind and extremely professional staff. I am not going anywhere else.

Hood Dental care is a magnificent place to go to care for your teeth. I have been going to Hood Dental for quite a while now and every visit is a wonderful visit. The staff is friendly and wonderful. Everyone there always has a smile on their face. The staff is always engaged in making a conversation with you while you get your teeth cleaned and or if you have other teeth needs. The staff is very caring about customers needs and they do their very best to make sure you are taking care of. I would highly recommend Hood Dental to anyone who is looking for a great dentist to go to.

The service is excellent. Its that they do whatever they can to tack on extra items that are not necessary which end up costing extra. This includes sealants, fluoride treatments when they are not needed for people 18 years or older, and replacing fillings when they are not required. One time I gave in to get sealants and I saw the look the hygienists gave each other like a victory that they made some money. Again, every time I go there, I am pushed for something that costs extra that is not required.

Everyone was friendly! From the front desk staff, to Shannon, my dental hygienist and Dr. Moore. I had a crown fall off before my out of town trip and my regular dentist didnt have any openings until Monday--that wouldnt work! I called Hood Dental (my husband is a patient there) and they made me an appointment for the next morning! I was so happy! They fixed me right up and even though there was a small hiccup with the x-ray equipment it was a minor thing compared to the wonderful service and care.

This was my two daughters first visit at this office. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. One of my daughters told me Ms. Kerri made her teeth feel great and my other daughter said Ms. Allison was the sweetest hygienist she has ever met. Dr. Moore made both of my girls feel like they have been coming to her for years. She was very thorough and answered all of my questions. I would recommend this office and all of their staff to anyone, but especially to families.

I absolutely love Hood Dental Care. There are always friendly faces as soon as you walk in the door. The dental hygienists are amazing and caring. They are never too rough or heavy handed when cleaning my teeth or taking X-rays. Not to pick favorites but I absolutely love Brooke Valentine and Allison Hood and Doctor Andrew. Thank yall so much for taking such great care of my teeth and never making my gums bleed when cleaning them! Yall are the best!

Consummate professional who keeps up with the latest applicable technology. I had an emergency. They fit me in same day, explained and educated, did the work Ive been trying to get done at two other facilities. It was fast, COMFORTABLE, and better than Id imagined. I am typically terrified of going to the dentist but from my first phonecall to my checkout, I was treated with genuine respect and care. I absolutely love this dental clinic! Im a new patient, and when I went in for my first visit, everyone was exceptionally courteous and nice to me. Not only that, but my wait time was minimal and they finished my exam and cleaning within an hour!
