I will start by saying that I love going to Grand Family Dentistry. I have never had any problems in the two years I have been a patient here, however, I went in this morning for a teeth cleaning. My regular dentist, Dr. Hepburn, was not in today so I was seen by another dentist. The dentist that saw me today was Dr. Edwards. I did not appreciate his arrogance and I found Dr. Edwards to be unpleasant. He was rough on my teeth without any apology, he got easily annoyed by my questions and came across extremely unprofessional. Dr. Edwards also seemed quite inexperienced as far as how to deal with patients. I politely let the staff know about the negative feedback regarding my experience and that I would be writing a review or leaving a comment. I most certainly appreciate the staffs genuine concern regarding my complaint with this Dr. Edwards today and I feel confident that they will take this into careful consideration. I have always enjoyed the services and hospitality they have provided. The staff definitely puts their patients first and for that reason, I give them five stars. Furthermore, I requested to only see my regular dentist, Dr. Hepburn, from here on out. I would highly recommend Grand Family Dentistry to anyone looking for a place that cares about their patients. -Thanks

Grand Family Dentistry is the best by far. The staff is always polite and professional no matter how hard a patient may be to deal with. 1st visit you are welcomed with a goodie bag ….there is also complimentary water/coffee available while waiting. I have never had to wait more than 15 minutes to be called . Bianca is always there to explain any questions about billing/insurance and also helps to schedule my appointments , which I change often. Dr. Quimby and assistant make a great team. Quimby is an experienced dentist 30 years +. His assistant Jenee is always patient and answers the 346547 questions I have for her. I like the fact that I can get root canals/crowns/fillings/braces all @ one place. It is a pain when you have to go to a different facility to have these things done. In case I have missed a name..the entire staff @ grand family dentistry is always a pleasure to work with!! Would highly recommend this place to anyone

What first got my attention about this company was how kind the receptionist was when I called to make an appointment. She was willing to work with my schedule, and didnt seem at all annoyed that she was working. When I got to the office, I waited less than 15 minutes to be seen. Every single person I encountered smiled, introduced themselves and acted as if they were in love with their job. I did not get fussed at or gawked at with disgust when I admitted that I dont floss or that I havent seen a dentist in four years. They understood! The doctor himself was gentle and told me straight up, and kindly, what the next plan was. I was impressed that they had everything as far as cost for the next couple of appointments broken down, even with what my insurance should cover. This will be my go to dentist from now on. And I wont be skipping any appointments for four years. ;)

I have been to Grand Family Dentistry a few times now, and have had different impressions based on the different dentists. Dr. Quinby is very experienced (over 30 years of dental work), but does not explain what he does. He is a bit rough, and if you are nervous about dental work this is not the guy who will walk you through it and ease fears. He filed down a tooth without my knowledge. I ended up needing a root canal done on that tooth that Quinby examined previously, and when I returned for a temporary crown to be put on I requested that he explain the process as it was happening. Still no explanation from him. His dental assistant was helpful and knowledgeable. My experience with Dr. Hepburn was better. He is not as experienced in years as Quinby, but is very helpful towards patients and does an excellent job.

Today I experienced going to the dentist for the first time in over a year. I have to say I was a bit anxious and a little nervous about how my visit would go. I have to say that I was greeted with a warm welcome and bright smiles. I was given a gift and even offered a bottle of water or a coffee! When I met the hygienist she was very informative and kind, explaining everything as she cleaned my teeth...and when I met the Doctor he was very pleasant and kind letting me know hr could help me with a few minor things i have going on. I highly recommend this office for anyone who is a bit nervous about the dentist...they go out of their way to make you feel a part of the family!

I had major dental problems visted Rachel the Hygienist who was very nice and explained to me my X Rays and what I needs to do to have an healthier smile. I was blown away by the nice gentle demeanor of the dentist. I have anxiety when it comes to dentist Dr. Edwards was nice, kept me calm, and I was actually able to have the teeth pulled with out using sedation. Dr. Edwards called to check on me later in the evening. Yes the dentist called not his assistant. I would definitely recommend this dentist to everyone very professional, no long wait, Clean and they proficient care. Look forward to many years of dental care from this company!

My most recent experience wasnt the best. I miss my old dental hygienist Rachel! It seems as though they have new staff members and dont get me wrong theyre nice and all, but just not the same. When Rachel cleaned my teeth they felt thoroughly clean. The doctor that cleaned my teeth this time didnt do as thorough of a job(she was very nice but she said she was new so I expected this). Hopefully my next experience will be better or I probably will be looking for a new dentist . I just liked the old stuff better❤. It seems as though they have moved into a big new building and in the process lost some of the old charm

I am not a fan of the dentist. I had a bad experience in college and it has jaded ever since. I decided to finally get a check up after many year. I am so very glad I chose Grand. The minute I walked into the office I felt at ease. From the front desk to the hygienist to Dr Edwards, the experience renewed my trust in dentistry. Dr Edwards filled a cavity with no pain. I mean NONE. I could not believe it was finished. My next step is braces. Im a little nervous but know they will do a great job. Referring everyone to them. Not to mention the office is really pretty! Thank you Grand Family Denistry.

Cancelled all future appointments after getting a second opinion, I found a doctor who is willing to take the time to actually save my teeth rather than pulling them all out and forcing me to spend $6,000 on a bridge and not even discussing other options with me. The staff is friendly - unless you have some serious work that needs to be done and then the assistants stand outside your room gawking at your ex rays. This was extremely embarrassing for me. Now i have found a doctor who wants to save my teeth instead of just trying to suck every last dollar from me.
