I experienced Barsantis dental office to be overpriced and their treatment plan to be excessive and unfounded. I took my 3 year old son in after waiting 8 months for an appointment. I was told he had 9 cavities. The fees they charged were $233 for taking him in, looking at his mouth, waving a wand over it, and taking pictures with a tiny camera. He went back for 2 fillings and was charged $408. Got transferred to a pediatric dentist (thank god!) who sais that he has staining on his teeth (the molars previously diagnosed with cavities) and only needs to do 2 fillings now. Barsanti told me he had 9 cavities without doing any ex-rays! Now I wonder if he even needed the first 2 fillings done at all. I was in tears when they told me my son had so much work to do on his mouth. I came away thinking of what a terrible job I have done so far taking care of his teeth. That was not a good dentistry experience. But they do have a very nice fancy office to maintain.

Dr. Barsanti and her staff are incredibly professional. They stress dental health and hygiene, educate the patient to maintain the best possible outcomes. Front of the house is spot on with scheduling, insurance and proactively follows up with patient care. I personally will travel to this office once I move from the area to visit them for my care. As a matter of fact, they are not currently part of my insurance network, but - I dont care!!! They are that good! Assistants are well trained, charming and work flow is seamless! I have had 3 crowns built under Dr. Bs careful eye, she uses latest technology - and matched colors perfectly. She also has a quiver of professional referrals in case root canals are called for - she is well connected in that regard. Wish my whole family was here in Arcata to take advantage!

The team at Dr Barsantis office is beyond comparison. Your first appointment youll be met, privately, with a plan to go forward for all of your needs. This thread of communication continues throughout your care-- everyone on the team is on the same page. Her office is high tech and her level of excellence is second to none. Ive had over 50 years of dental experience and shes the best in town. She has small hands and is able to get the procedures completed in a very professional, timely and cost-effective way. Recently I had to have an endodontic procedure and Dr Trish insisted that I travel to Ukiah in order to get top-notch work done. Im happy that I did because Ive had less than satisfactory results from the endodontist in Eureka. Highly recommended and you dont have to travel to Ukiah.

My experience with Trish and her staff has been nothing short of excellent all around. She has been my dentist for about seven years. In that time, she has measurably improved my oral health. Her attention to periodontal health helped me catch and arrest the periodontal disease I got after the birth of my second child. Without this intervention, my chances of keeping my teeth into the older years wouldve been greatly diminished. She is an amazing asset to our medical community. I wish I could clone her and make her my M.D.!

Top notch! Ive been treated here for nearly 20 years, and have always been treated with the highest level of care and professionalism. Dr. Trish and her staff make sure your comfort is of utmost importance. No more temporary crowns while you wait for the permanent crown to arrive; this place has the 3D printing technology to make them on-site in less than an hour, and you can watch it being made while you wait! Highly recommend.
