My very fist visit I was greeted by Beth, she works at the front desk. She got me signed in told me to have a seat, and there was coffee or waters available if I wanted anything. Shortly after she came back with an iPad for me to fill in all my info, was super easy and fast! I then was greeted by Alyssa, my hygienist. She came out with a gift and thanked me for being there. Once I was called back we did my xrays and my cleaning. Nothing rude or negative was mentioned to me about how I had not been to the dentist in 7 years. I then met the Dr, he was soo friendly, likes to cut jokes! My cleaning did not hurt in the least, I have had cleanings that left my mouth sore for two days, nothing hurt! Alyssa Kept asking me if I was OK, and I was fine, but nice to know they CARE! Once I walked out I was given a FLOWER!! I got my printout of my next appointment and left. While driving home I noticed I had forgotten my work excuse, I called the office back and Beth was right on it, she emailed me one! Fast forward to today, I went back for my 6 month cleaning and it was such a pleasurable experience! I enjoy getting my teeth cleaned, having people care about their jobs and being sooooo friendly, and the BEST part of all of it was seeing the familiar faces! Seeing Beth up front, and then Alyssa walking around the corner to get me! I highly recommend Grand Family Dentistry, they are by far the nicest people and they care so much! Best dentist by far!

Lakeview Family Denistry is the best dentist office I have visited. They treat you like family and always get you right in the office if you have an emergency!! On my last visit the dentist and the assistant Brittany was awesome!! You always walk in and they see you right away. They make you feel comfortable at first before they start working on anything. They get to know you at a high level and its not just going in there getting your teeth worked on and leaving. They want you leaving there with a smile on your face even if its hard to smile because you just had dental work done. They take their time doing the work and not rushing the procedure for the next patient. Its awesome how they call you the next day to see how you are doing. Everyone should try this place at least once and I bet you will return with all your dental needs.

Stephanie was awesome as always. She is one of the reasons that I started going here and continue to use this establishment. The employees are wonderful, friendly, and always so professional. Michelle does excellent cleanings. Beth is always great she is very informantive and always letting me know of my upcoming appointments. This location is great. I have referred 8 people to this location and all of them are just as pleased with the service as I am. If you need a wonderful dentist with excellent customer service and staff go to the Grand Family to 535 North Causeway Blvd.

Ive ALWAYS had amazing service at Grand Family Dentistry since I moved here three years ago from the Southshore. Beth at the front desk has always been sweet, very helpful and has helped with all my insurance questions. I never wait long for my dental services and they were amazing with my four year old. They are always up-to-date with any type of dental technology and the dentists are wonderful! I am extremely happy with the decision I made three years ago to attend Grand Family Dentistry for myself and my family.

I had an abscess. I called and they got me in a few hours later. The staff was kind and promptly treated to what ailed me. The same night, this night, the swelling is down the abscess came out on its own after a warm salt water rinse and I am relieved Im very grateful.. Great staff, very friendly, professional, and very welcoming. And I really like the gift they welcomed me with. Awesome place, would recommend to anyone

I had to change from a dentist that I really like because of relocation and I was worried that I would never find another dentist as good. Well, Grand Family Dentistry did an amazing job being very professional and friendly. Michelle is a great hygienist. She took very good care of my teeth. An absolute wonderful experience. Everyone was incredibly knowledgeable and encouraging. Michelle, my dental hygienist, was exceptional. She calmed my nerves..being that Im one to have anxiety about anything dental... and provided a positive energy in the room. I left their office with a larger, cleaner smile than before and am actually looking forward to my visits with them in the future.

Everyone at Grand Family Dentist -Arbor Center is so helpful and friendly! I have never had a bad experience at Grand Dentistry. I called for an appt on a Friday at 9:00 because of a tooth pain, they got me in at 11:00 and I had a root canal that same day... all on a Friday when Im sure they were ready to start their weekend! Very patient, caring and genuinely friendly.

Awesome experience with Grand Family Dentistry. I was enjoying breakfast one morning when a molar just fell apart . Grand was able to take me on immediately, I was given a temporary crown and made an appt for a cleaning when my new crown came. The staff are very professional and fun, my experience was great and I would HIGHLY recommend Grand Family Dentistry.

This is best dentist office Ive used by far. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, they found problems with my son and I teeth that my last dentist never seen, and I went every 6 months for over two years. I would highly recommend Grand Dentistry to anyone looking for a dentist are would like a better dentist than the one there presently using.
