WORST dental experience of my life I my opinion ! People who give Dr. Potts a good review are put in drawing for $100 gas card, at least that was the case in April 2016 & a spa drawing. Dr. Potts mislead me on multiple issues & keep vital information from me & than did improper filling on teeth. He said he would adjust my mouth guard, which was not even 2 years old, than highly pressured me to get new guard & bottom retainer @ $1,000, when I wouldnt he took a drill to my guard & ruined it, which than in turn badly damaged the bottom retainer. Advertises hes holistic but Dr. Potts refused to test me for allegries even though I asked due to health issues I have, he told me theres no need for testing cause nothing is truly holistic, all would be fine....later he said Im likely having an allegric reaction to the material he used. I have never been in so much dental pain, I had work done in April 2016, my life after Dr. Potts work IS still a nightmare nearly a year later. Eating, even rice, is difficult due to pain in teeth & face muscles, which was not there before Dr. Potts. Extreme sensitivity, from room temperature water to air on my face, my face & teeth now throb whether outside on a warm day or inside with air conditioning on low. I returned to him a couple of times, he doesnt listen & blames previous dentists for what he has done. I went in for simple filling work now Im told I have cracked tooth syndrome, nerve damage ( Trigeminal Neuralgia ), need to see more doctors, possibly have to have all work redone, with far more expensive work & possible loss of teeth. And likely a life time of doctor visits & treatments for nerve damage & supplements for teeth. I now have dental nightmares at night, panic/anxiety attacks around dentist & for first time in life due to the extreme dental pain Ive come close to killing myself to get out of the pain. When I requested xrays for next dentist Dr. Potts office asked when appointment was & said Id have xrays in 1-3 days, instead they keep them till after my appointment with new doctor, they took nearly 10 days to email me the xrays. I often am unable to smile since Dr. Potts work due to daily extreme pain :( & when I can my smile is Not my smile its Now Distorted due to the nerve damage. My life has been significantly negatively altered. He said hed refund some of money, repeatedly told me he was sending me a form. After months of waiting I received it, it had been typed up wrong. Till no new form, no money (as of late January 2017). And while Dr. Potts says in writing he guarantees his work, the form he sent states in so many words hes not reliable for any of the expenses Ive concurred due to him. Asked dental board about what to do, instead of talking with me they "opened" investigation, they gave me a timeline, & wanted me to resubmit my experince & concerns on their couple of sheets paper they sent me, which I found odd. Before I got in touch with them with more info & Before timeline came to pass, they "closed" file. It seems the Board is not here to help consumers that have concerns & who have been negatively affected. I wish Id never gone to Dr. Potts. I have shared some of the major points, but not all concerns & damage. My life has been turned upside down.

I am a 61 year old male with a smile you can see a mile away! 3 years ago when things were not so good in my life or my mouth. I was coming up on 60 & realized my teeth were shot. Negligence poor habits in brushing & living in shall we say dark places out of the country. Cash was low with teeth that looked like a bad b movie monster. I tried several dentist for price on the repairs to my smile,with no luck. I cant say as I blamed the Dentist. I was in bad shape. THEN one day while riding by bike to the store I saw a small sign for DR. ZACHERY POTTS DENTISTRY. I walked in and was greeted by a lovely person with a big smile & explained to he (Keri I would find out later) my problem. with no money or any insurance for work to be done but in the next 3 years a Insurance settlement would me coming my way. I needed a estimate on my complete mouth to be rebuilt or completely replaced. This was a time of money is time for our economy was booming. Never the less Keri went back to speak to Dr. Potts. A minuet later he came out to greet me while all his exam rooms were full. A happy young man with a smile that would light up a room. He introduced himself as Dr. Zacery Potts I was taken to the next exam room that had just freed up. We spoke of rebuilding my smile and witch way to go. I received a written estimate after 25 minutes I explained my problem with finances. The estimate was seventeen thousand dollars. I was impressed about the profession treatment I received at no charge & left the office thinking IF i was to get a settlement I would come back to see the people that never looked down on my lack of funds. In January of the following year I received a call from Keri with financing options. but still not ready. .no funds Then in October 2009 I received a settlement and that day I rode over to the office in my new BMW i had just gotten. As I walked in not only was i greeted by name I was put in a exam room. In walked Dr. Potts who also remembered my name and what we spoke of three years ago. We decided that Dentures were the way to go & the estimate was revised several thousand dollars in my favor.a appointment was set for that day I came back all my teeth were pulled in about 45 minutes. I was on my way to a dream smile. the Dentures were fitted by Dr. Potts and consultant by the man from the lab there in the office. A week later the teeth were done and after a short wait for the swelling to subside I was fitted with my new smile & what a smile it was. I now light up a room with my smile and am proud THANK YOU Dr. Zachery Potts and your staff for fulling my dream smile . Now where ever I go people comment on what a nice smile and whom did the work. If you need any type of Dental work done Dr. Zachery Potts is the man to see. On a one to ten I give min a 12 Thanks again

I love Dr. Zachary Potts office and staff! I recently took advantage of their "New Patient Special" and teeth whitening and I must say it was the best dental appointment Ive EVER had. Patty & Jessica, who work in the front office, were so welcoming and enthusiastic upon my visit. Previous to visiting Dr. Zachary Potts, another dentists recommended gum grafting for my slightly receding gums and other major work which was discouraging for me because Ive never had a cavity in my life and take very good care of my teeth. Thanks goodness I got a second opinion. Dr. Potts educated me on corrective care and provided me with much more affordable and non invasive options. Dr. Potts assistant Samantha (I believe) was so sweet and understanding with my requests as well. And Michelle, the hygienist was very gentle & did a great job too. My visit was very comfortable and pleasant! Im beyond thankful Dr. Potts wonderful staff; his honesty, knowledge and talent. Many of my friends and colleagues have noticed how white my teeth now look and my response is always the same.... "Thanks to my dentist, Dr. Zachary Potts!"
