I cannot say enough good things about this dentist office. I had called to setup an appointment after having severe pain. I was able to get a same day appointment right away. From the start I felt welcomed. I saw Lindsey to begin with, she was the BEST dental assistant I have ever seen. She explained everything to me in detail and reassured me I was in good hands. Then I saw Dr. Patel, he was GREAT also. Went into detail what the plan was and the possible problems we would run into. When it was time for my procedure I was nervous but comfortable with him helping me. We ran into some issues and things were worse than we had thought. He was very kind when I was emotional about the issues and continued to talk me through everything. I had a concern and called the office first thing the following Monday and was able to get in right away with no problems. Dr. Patel examined my mouth and reassured me I was okay. He even called a few days later to make sure I was still doing good. (no other dentist has ever checked on me) I have been to other dentist in the area who belittled me as if I were a child and I would never go back. I have never felt comfortable in 35 years with a dentist until now. I am finally able to get the work done I need and don’t dread going. Thank you to everyone at Dutchtown Dental!

The staff is nice and all dentists Ive ever had a run in have been kind. However, after spending thousands on a double root canal and the head dentist struggling with it, he finished it and I experienced pain for 2 months. I went back where he said there was no problems and if I was still hurting that I should see someone else... mind you, this is about $2,500 later and long after he noticed this particular root canal was going to be more difficult than he could probably handle. However they are very courteous, but I nevertheless feel as though I paid a fairly large sum of money only to be more or less told "Sorry, you should go see someone more qualified to fix what I did incorrectly. Thanks and continue making those payments though."

I do not go to doctors, dentist, etc until its absolutely unavoidable. The staff and crew of Dutchtown Dental fit me in early in the morning, no appointment, on a phone-call from me at work because the pain in my tooth became unbearable. It was BY FAR the best experience I have ever had by a healthcare professional. The care and attention is what you would expect at your favorite high-end restaurant. Everyone on the staff was extremely nice and accommodating. I will not wait again when it comes to this dentist. The experience was that enjoyable and the price wasnt bad either. Thank you to the whole staff of Dutchtown Dental Center :- )
