I have seen Dr. Welch for 10+ years. After having a true fear of dental work, I could not have asked for a more understanding dentist who takes the time to welcome you, ask how you are doing, etc. The ladies in the office are so very nice and personable. They provide a comfort level and are skilled in their jobs. Also, if you are considering veneers he is the very best! I had mine done almost 10 years ago and this is not to brag, (because this is Dr. Welchs handiwork) and I have to say it makes me happy every time I brush my teeth. Best investment ever!

"When I moved to Baton Rouge many years ago, I asked a friend to recommend a dentist. Their preferred dentist wasnt accepting new patients, but the office recommended Dr. Welch. Since then, I have used Dr. Welch for routine exams and cleaning, dental fillings and some cosmetic dentistry. Ive been happy with the results. Dr. Welch isnt listed online or in the phone book under his name, so you will have to search under Highland Dental Center. Immediate appointments may not be available unless its an emergency"

I switched from another dentist to Highland Dental Center. My husband and I had great experiences here. Dr. William Welch is very nice and professional. His staffs are great. When I had a question regarding the bill, the office staffs took it very seriously and explained it in a professional way. Although I found out it was my calculation error and insurance policies that confused me, I really appreciate their attitude towards their work and patients. My husband and I will definitely stay with them.

I went there today, after being in severe pain all through the night. As soon as I called them, they were able to fit me in within an hour. Xray and check up for first time patients is free. The staff was very friendly and made sure I had everything I needed. I got everything taken care of today, and Im no longer in pain! =] If you are looking for a great dentist I would reccomend Highland Dental.

Dr. Welchs office is great. My husband and I are new patients and both had extremely positive experiences. The staff are incredibly friendly. The hygienist, Rikki, was the best Ive dealt with. She answered all of my questions, told me exactly what she was doing and what to expect, and was much more gentle than most hygienists. Dr. Welch is very friendly, as well. I highly recommend!

I came in for a routine cleaning and from the cleanliness of the office to the customer service, everything was excellent. The cleaning was quick but thorough and painless. I asked about teeth whitening and was given a very reasonable estimate. I am definitely going back for all of my dental needs.

Dr. Welch and his staff are amazing and I have been to several other dental offices in my adult years. I would not go anywhere else. As a TMJ patient they take into consideration this issue and have never caused any trauma while performing other services.

I have been going to the same dentist for years and decided to switch. They were incredibly friendly and fast. Hands down most thorough cleaning Ive ever had. They should have sent that girl to find the WMDs. She would have found them.
