I went to this Drs office for two identical pprocedures, one before the first of the year and one after. I asked both times if they took my insurance and if the procedures were covered. they toold me yes. The first one was, the second time the insurance had changed and very shortly after the procedure they told me I would have to pay hundreds of dollars for it and that thy had been having this problem with "lots" of people with my insurance. I still have no clue as to why they didnt tell me this prior to me having the procedure. I started disputing the issue with my insurance company and the dentist office turned the matter over to not 1 but 2 collection agencies simultaneously. I paid the ammount to one and requested the dentist office inform the other that they had been paid. The office never did and it took many letters/phone calls, and an enormous ammount of time to get the second company to remove the issue from my credit report when a call from the dentists office confirming payment could have done it in one day. What a horrible experience and to top it off my tooth still hurts so i will probably have to go get the work redone. If you go here dont trust what their medical billing office staff says, make sure you call your own insurance company and verify every detail in advance.

Excellent fist meeting. Very detailed and thoughtful dentist with great attention to details. The dental hygienist is wonderful. The young lady at the reception area is very well organized and very helpful with my dental insurance information and scheduling. Shes also great with assisting Dr. Alexander with dental procedures. The office is very clean and well organized. My family are patients as well. We have been patients for over a year now. We love coming Dr. Alexanders office!

I have been to quite a handful of dentists in Maryland and I wouldnt want to go anywhere else after finding Doctor Alexanders office. He was very informative and helpful and ethical. Beautiful office and great front desk staff who was very helpful as well. This doctor is setting the standards pretty high for the other dentists out there. I would highly recommend everyone.

I have had a lot of dental work through the years, buy a lot of different dentists, and Dr Alexander is the most thorough competent dentist I have ever had. Dr Alexander has fixed work I had done by other dentists in the past. I could not more highly recommend him.
