I am 55 years old and I had never had an alignment in my life. Dr. Fernandez and I met while working with our neighborhood group. He invited me to come in for a complimentary alignment. I didnt take him up on it for a couple years. I truly wish I had DONE THIS MUCH SOONER. At that first appointment it became extremely apparent that I had been ignoring not one ~ but several areas of trouble. Being properly aligned has made such a difference! Ive made my appointments a PRIORITY in my hectic schedule. Ive been seeing him, along with Dr. Jaeger, several times a week. I tend to have trust issues but as soon as I walked in ~ I could feel the POSITIVE, HEALING ENERGY. Ive also struggled with far FEWER HEADACHES, I am far MORE FLEXIBLE and far LESS STIFF. I simply cannot say enough about how much they have helped me. I am honored to count myself among their most loyal patients.

My back has been killing me, so I set up an appointment...this is the first time Ive been to Helping Hands in Lowell...Ive been to a few prior to, stopped due to insurance. My visit was horrible, due to the woman Roberta yelling at and reprimanding the other doctor right in front of me. I was embarrassed for him and felt really bad. She did adjust my back and it feels so much better, but I wont go back to my second appointment, as I have already booked with another office. Good luck to any new patients, hopefully they can be more professional in the future!

Ive been going to Helping Hands for over a year now and both Dr. Miguel and Dr. Jaeger have been great. My job requires a lot of physical activity and they have helped keep me going! I really appreciate that they work together to help solve issues that may be a bit more than a normal adjustment and communicate to me what they are doing. The flexibility to change appointments is also a really nice thing. Some times my jobs can interfere with an appointment and there is never a problem adjusting the time or day of the appointment. Highly recommended.

Horrible! I wasted my time and money. I got there I spent 30 minutes with paper work and then I had to watch a stupid movie. Anyway, I was expecting to be treated by a chiriopractor. He said a couple sentence to make a business and bla bla bla. Now, read this. He put some heat in my back and left for 10 minutes, he came back and grabbed and device massager and did that for 5 minutes. Boom, done!!! He said, come back and I will give u another treatment. He charged 110$ From my health plus copay 40. $. Total 150.00. He call himself Doctor Miguel.

I found Helping Hands and began coming and getting treated. The people here are very nice and caring. My back is improving more and more and is so much better than it was before. Ive been going to Helping Hands Chiropractic now for 7 months. I used to have lower back pains very often. Since then I havent had any! I feel my back muscles are much stronger now. Also no more neck pains from using the wrong pillows. Purchased a pillow from them and my pains are gone! I highly recommend seeing them if you have any body pains. They are professional and very personable.

I saw Roberta during my pregnancy, as this time I was having a lot of sciatic pain and back problems. Roberta came up with a custom treatment plan for me and I felt better even after the first visit! She is awesome and I will continue to have her as my chiro for a long time!
