My experience with Sara Chiropractic off of Broadway Rd in Dracut was ok. Dr. Saro, as well as the other doctor named David, seemed to be very knowledgeable and friendly (especially David, he is a nice guy). However, the business in general needs alot of improvement. They work hard not to say what the total treatment plan will cost. They leave a sort of open ticket until your done with everything...then you get a huge bill. My advise is to push hard on trying to understand what the total costs will be before engaging in treatment. My feeling is that they intentionally avoid this conversation which gives the perception that they are not an upright medical practice, and are focused more on the dollar than the patient care experience. I also find their office workers a little lacking in customer service; in particular a little immature/inexperienced. This comes out when speaking with them about your bill. Samantha, in particular, hides behind comments like" we cant know the cost until we bill it". She is either very inexperienced, or is thinks she can fool the wise patient. Bottom line, just be wary of the costs. Try to get an understanding before hand. And dont except "we cant know until we bill it" because the very first appointment is a consultation that you are paying for. That first consultation appointment should give them a very good sense of what the total costs will be.

I dont normally write alot of reviews... They are extremely nice, they are very knowledgable, and they are alot more affordable then most. I want to say they are not the kinda of place that will lead you down the path of needless visits, and they also dont make some of the questionable claims that others do. IF you have a problem with your back, or need rehab, then go here. If you are looking for people who will tell you how you can cure every inconceivable condition not related to your back, and make false promises... then dont go here. Their sessions are very fair, and I liked that they were about addressing the problem, not fake promises of a magic cure all.
