Ive been going to spine and sport rehab for 3 yrs. now.I use to go to a chiropractor for over 25 yrs but went to see dr. jeff on some advice from my brother. His methods werent what i was use to so i gave it a go.Close to the end of my postal career i was having severe back pain.Went to my physician to get an mri, told me i had degenerative discs and there wasnt much i could do for it.I talk to dr.jeff and he recommended lumbar spinal decompression therapy. Im so happy with the results. I go for monthly adjustments now. The staff is very friendly and professional. I would highly recommended the spine and sport rehab center.

I have had pain in my lower back for years and have been to pain clinics without much relief. I have thus far been 4 times to Spine & Sport Rehab and am feeling better already. I would highly recommend the center!
