I was bringing my dog here since he was 8 weeks old. He just turned one. They seemed great at first until I brought him in because he had brown stuff coming out of his ears. Witch was very noticeable. They kept him there all day and then called me and told me he was fine and there was nothing wrong with him. when there clearly was. I told them I needed something to put in his ears because he defined let wasnt ok. They gave me a prescription. Witch didnt work.... I went back a week later and told them he hasnt gotten any better so they gave me a differ perscription and told me to try it. What kind of vet just gives you stuff to keep trying. I dont know why but I brought him back again because he was getting sick. He clearly had stuff coming out of his nose and once again they kept him all day and told me he was perfectly fine. Witch he clearly wasnt. I told them I needed medication for him so he wouldnt get worse. They gave me a perscription and once again said just try this.... I gave it to him when I got home and when I woke up the next day he was 10 times worse. So I decided to bring him to another vet. They instantly new what was wrong with him and perscribed him a medication and 2 days later hes already back to being himself. They told me the medication that BANFIELD perscribed was not the right medicine for what he had witch is why he was so much worse after I have it to him. I DO NOT RECOMEND BRINGING YOUR ANIMAL TO BANFIELD AT ALL.

We came across Banfield by chance. I applied to adopt a rescue through an agency and was approved. Once the process was confirmed and we knew our new family member was coming home, we ran out to go buy everything wed need. An associate saw us tugging an over loading a cart with all the necessities and asked if she could help. My kids were over excited telling her we were getting a puppy and this was all for him. We began chit chatting and it turned out she was the Trainer there and informed us about the Puppy Guide, Banfields Services, The Pup Hotel, Grooming, etc... We bought a Puppy Guide (which we HIGHLY recommend) and it saved us so much money. It came with a free visit to Banfield so we took it. They were awesome. The staff was incredibly friendly and informative. We went through the Puppy plan they have and considering the typical cost for pet care we couldnt pass it up. It came in very handy for us as we discovered at 10 months our baby was diagnosed with Lyme disease. They immediately got him treated and I only paid for Meds. Nothing else. Ive added up all the invoices I would have had too pay had I not got this service and its mind blowing how much money weve saved. Now the staff nows us by name. They are more then just employees there, they are genuine good hearted caring people. We couldnt be happier.

My first visit to this Banfield was out of desperation because one of my dogs was having digestion issues. I have had nothing but a great experience every time I have been to this particular Banfield. We moved to the area about 2.5 years ago, and this is now our 4th vet. The level of customer service is superb, and Dr. Brocki really takes the time to listen and understand all of my concerns. Also, I like the fact that the veterinarian staff is not pushy at all. Last, they have respected my decision to go as holistic as possible which tells me that she and her staff really care about their patients and their patients parents! We plan to stay with her due to her knowledge, experience, level of respect that she gives to her patients, and overall, her level of professionalism. I highly recommend the Banfield - Northborough & Dr. Brocki and her staff.

Terrible experience. They have no problems getting you in right away and taking your money. They dont care about getting back to you about test results. I had to call multiple times and was put off because the Doctor was too busy. They never made one call to let me know that as soon as they were able they would get back to me. That would be way too considerate considering my family was worried and waiting. Save yourself from the aggravation and stress.

This Banfield is REALLY GOOD! The staff are all super friendly (unlike the Banfield in Blackstone Valley) and we have had good experiences in our first year with them. I definitely recommend their puppy coverage (the 1st year coverage) as it covers spaying, various health checks, all vaccines. Yes you will occasionally pay for medicine but compared to what youre saving, youll be thankful for the coverage!

HORRIBLE! Showed up early for my cats appointment - which I had called and CONFIRMED the day before - and was told she couldnt be seen because I had cancelled the appointment. WHAT?! Just so I could put my terrified crying cat through the fun of a car ride? Didnt even try to fit me it. Clearly wont be going back....
