Ive been using this location for over 8 years now. Theyve always been more than pleasant to me. They try their best to accomodate any sort of issue whether it be the emergency walkins, or having varying hours. My dog is on their wellness plan, and the rare times where Ive had to pay for any medications that fall outside of the plan have always been reasonably priced. They try their best to stay within the wellness plan guidelines. They are SO good to my animals (Ive brought in 5-6 different pets), and Dr Augusto is probably the nicest man Ive ever met. Ive had a few female doctors throughout the years here and there, but usually Dr. Augusto is the one that sees my pets most often. Hes been more than helpful and informative and has never given me a sales pitch. I had a major issue with one of my cats ears one year and he informed me that surgery could be performed, but it would merely be for the cosmetic factor, not to aid in the animals pain. If he had told me I needed it done, I would have done it, but he was upfront and honest with me in the care for my cat, which meant a LOT. I 100% trust him and his staff. Mel at the front desk is someone that I see often as well and she is always very nice, and professional. I love it here.

Ive been to the Millbury location several times with my 2 dogs. They convinced me to purchase the wellness plan which is a monthly payment plan which includes shots and dental work. I pay about $80/month for my 2 dogs......One of the "benefits" of the plan is you can bring your pet in for free visits when something is going on with them. I called 2x now as my dog was in pain w/ an ear issue on 2 separate occasions.......The receptionist told me they are booking 1 month out.....This makes no sense to me. I was told to call every morning to see if they can fit me in, or they would have to schedule it out 1 month. They were also nice enough to offer me the phone number of another Banfield thats about 40 minutes away from me. You sold me a service and Im disappointed you cannot live up to it. Realistically, if a pet needs to be seen, who is going to wait a month to bring them in? Now, on top of having to pay $80/month for your services, Ill have to pay to see another vet to get my dogs ears checked. Very disappointed. And the receptionist that answered could have cared less about any of this.

They messed up my cats surgery! I took my cat here from when we first found her and she was only a few weeks old. They saw her a few times and talked me into buying a kitten plan for a few hundred dollars which included everything from shots to nudering/spading for the first year. They did all the shots and evaluations and told me my cat was a short haired female domestic cat. 8 months later, while my cat was in being "fixed"...they called me and said that there was a problem during surgery and that my cat was a male. They found out by cutting my cat open and looking for ovaries...HE had none! I was very upset and they didnt even offer to give me a free bag of cat food. they should have cancelled my payment plan and I shouldnt have had to pay for anything! I will never go there again!

They had left me a voice mail to confirm a surgery, and told me to call back. I called back within 5 minutes. Sarah has picked up and put me on for hold 15 min. I hung up and called back and she picked up and hung up (I could hear her voice for a moment talking to a customer). I called again and she said "Banfield this is Sarah can you please hold?" I said "Sara you had my on hold 15 minutes"....and then she disconnected me. . I am so afraid they are going to cancel my dogs surgery because I cant get ahold of them to confirm.

Ive never had a problem here but I do wish there was more consistency in the doctors who see my cats. It used to be Dr. Augusto all the time but I havent seen him in forever; not sure if hes gone? Now it seems its someone different every time we go in. It would also be nice if they opened earlier than 9am.

I have been taking my dogs here for check up the last ten years. I am now considering leaving Banfield altogether due to degrading quality of service at this place. I left four messages with the staffs to have a doctor give me quote on my dog operation. To date I have not heard back from the doctor.

They are all very nice and I enjoy going there!!! They are very helpful and answer any questions I have. The vet and the vet tech were so helpful and calm when my baby had an allergic reaction to a vaccine.. We can't thank them enough!! I recommend banfield in millbury for sure!!!

All of my dogs go here. Always nice. I sure the complainer about scheduling wasnt being accomodating. Wellness plan I pay 100 a month for 3 dogs and maybe one $30 prescription a year each. I pay for nothing else. Amazing deal in my mind

I find the staff, especially the receptionists, extremely rude and condescending. They have no idea on how to treat their customers and their service is well below acceptable standards. I will never take my pet back there.

If you love your pet,just stay away from this hospital. Rude people...bad service,and they not always have "a room" for your loved pet,even if you are paying the monthly insurance!!

We have our dog seen there as well as our exotic pet. Its hard to find vets for exotic pets. They are closed on Sundays now which is sad.
