Walked in, as I was camping in the area and my dog got into trash we were getting together to take to the dumpster and ate a cooked pork bone. I wanted to ask if there were signs to look for if she were having a reaction. I was told to call my own vet and ask and told if anything did happen, they couldnt see her anyway as they were completely booked and dont accept walk ins, even for an emergency. She then wrote down a list of emergency places in case my dog got sick, all of which were over an hours drive away. Thank God she had no reaction, as a lot of good that would have done. 5 minutes up the road from a campground in an area where there is almost nothing around, you would think theyd have some sort of protocol for emergencies. A Vet office that emphatically states they wont see you, cant even give you clues of what to look for or ask the doctor for you (metro pcs phone signal doesnt work in this area, so calling my vet wasnt an option) and states you have to drive an hour away instead of 5 minutes up the road cant possibly really care about the welfare of animals, unless of course, you live in the area and have an appointment!

The prices might look good compared to your regular vet, but I would rather pay any cost then subject my pet to this torture ever again! First of all the place is really dirty and doesnt seem pet or people friendly at all! My dog is not aggressive, but she is shy of strangers and can sense a personality she doesnt like. She is not a big dog and definetly not intimidating and I understand taking precautions not to get bit but is it really necessary to muzzle, choke, and hold down a dog on the floor and scare them so bad that they poop! I have had many dogs and have been to many different places and this was by far the worst experience and I feel guilty that I brought my baby there. This dog has been to the vet many times and they never had to do any of those things.... it was traumatizing for the both of us! And the women there was talking about me when i brought my dog back out to the car.... how rude! If you love your pet then forget about the cost and take them to a regular vet please!!!

I brought my baby girl Samara Star (6yr old cat) in as she could not breathe and they took her right away and kept me calm @ the same time. They are caring and compassionate beyond comparison to any other. They are there to truly help our families in any way they can, @ the same time as being affordable especially to those who would do anything for their furry family members health. I AM TRULY THANKFUL BEYOND WORDS FOR SAVING MY BABY GIRL, AND FOR ALL THE OTHER GREAT THINGS THEY DO FOR EVERYONES SPECIAL FAMILY MEMBERS.

Wonderful staff. They recently neutered my dog. So far there have been no complications. The only thing I recommend is to re-evaluate the drop off plan. I know safety is important, but my poor dog was in the car alone for an hour, while I waited in line. Very affordable, but they could really use donations. Even if you give $5, it adds up. They are also in need of things like paper towels, cleaning products etc. if you have any please bring it to them!

I love this place. I take my dog chapo and my cat mrs puti and staff so friendly and pleasant and patient with my cat... I drive 1/2 because of the great care from the front desk to doctors and assistant the spray and neuter side is awesome as well great place all around

They say they are here to help people that cannot afford a regular vet etc., here for the animals. not the money. They LIE.. they are all about the money..I cannot have my cat seen because they seem to have doubled their prices in a year! Will never go there.. #Frauds

Its a great little business helping dogs and cats find a good home and get the meds they need to survive. They do it all very cheaply and properly. They live for donations of any kind so please donate money or supplies. You can check it out online on their website.
