Took my puppy into this clinic for her regular puppy vaccinations and on the first visit I was told they "recommend" a vet check ($50) 3 times during the first 16 weeks of the dogs life. Today I went in for her final set of shots and the vet decided that they "require" the vet check in order to give her her shots, now mind you I have no problem paying the money so my problem isnt that. My problem is that all of the sudden when I decided that I dont really feel like my dog needs that final vet exam they simply denied me the shots. The vet said that it was her policy to have the checkup before doing the shots at which point I asked what happened to "we recommend" the vet check. She said she simply wouldnt give her the shots without doing a vet check first and that she wouldnt be bullied into doing it....... What? Bullied? So because I questioned their practice of not disclosing whats recommend and whats required I am bullying her? What a joke. I guess shes used to people just going along with whatever they say without questioning it and the fact that I asked about it took her by surprise. The staff at this clinic is friendly and helpful but the second I questioned their practice of not fully disclosing what they require (not recommend) things changed. Some where shocked that the professional vet reacted that way to my question and others became cold. Karen was the only person that understood what I was trying to say and helped me along (thank you for that). I will not be returning to that place and cannot recommend them to anyone else either.

I have 3 dogs currently, we have been going to Tenderheart for years now, EVERYONE in this practice has always been the most caring and understanding with all our babies, I have always felt that they have always had our babies best interest at heart. We have gone through bad times, while having to decide to end one life when nothing else could be done:( they where right there with the support we needed and the loving care they gave our Miss Daisy, also the joining in our joy of bringing in another baby into our family. I cant say enough about the doctors and staff in this practice, I trust them fully with my babies and believe me that is saying a lot:)... Thank you all for being in our lives, and taking care of our babies

I can not say enough how much I love this place! They are so loving and caring to you and your pet. My very first visit I was warmly greeted as soon as I walked in. I waited less then two minutes to be called in. They treated my pup with such love and care. My puppy was sick and they did everything thing possible to ease not only my pup but my mind as well. After the visit within the next few days I received many calls to check up on how our little girl was doing. I wouldnt go anywhere else! Highly recommend them!!

Great animal hospital! The staff is nice, caring, and experienced. They present a printed estimate of services/vaccines/etc. that your pet may need. Its easy to make decisions when the pricing is up front like that.
