Ive been going to Dr. Tejada for several months now and Im quite happy. Not only do the adjustments help, but her recommendations for exercises and advice for preventing my lower back and hip troubles have helped a lot, too. Dr. Tejada reviews what she is doing and explains why its a beneficial technique which I find helpful. Dr. Tejada is also pretty flexible with scheduling and is very responsive. The practice is in a multi-family which has been converted to various offices but it is clean, warm and has multiple stations for patients. Glad I found her since Ive def. noticed that sitting for hours at work has its affects on my neck/shoulder etc!

Dr. Tejadas methods are very effective, and she is extremely flexible with scheduling.
