I am a new patient at this office and I have found their care to be far superior and more gracious than my previous dentist, who happens to also reside in Westfield. I was referred by my friend Tara, who made the appointment for me. Carly in the office was very friendly and explained everything about my new patient plan and the procedure I would be having done a few weeks later. I had a tooth extracted that was impacted five years ago and I do not remember the experience being as informative as my experience at Baystate Dental PC in Westfield. I met Kelly and Doctor Circosa two weeks prior for x-rays and penicillin. I was glad they would be the two to take care of me and pull that thing out. I was not put out, I was fully awake. so afterwards they praised me for being a trooper. I wont lie it was not fun at all, but i felt like I was in good hands. They did a great job and I was as comfortable as I possibly could be under the circumstances. All in all, I am very glad to be a new patient at your dental clinic.

I and my family of four have been great customer for many years... that means nothing to employees at baystate Dental. One small issue and I was treated very badly and rudely, VERY! Particularly by Bridget in the reception area who told me to stop talking as I was explaining issue very calmly.I never received call back after leaving two requests for Dr. Haluch to call me. Lately turnover of Doctors is extremely high and you will always have a new Dr. almost every time... Its more like a franchise that has no personality or care for the patients except to get them in and out as fast as possible. I really cant believe that the owners would not be interested in helping me with an issue and rather lose 5 customers because of lack of interest in helping me resolve this. They must be above calling the customer and solely rely on reception to dictate the image of their business. Better off going to a local practice that the owner is on site and is the one that cares for you and sees you every time.

I have mass health, with that being said. They made me feel like I was at a used car dealer ship. Trying to push all sorts of stuff from teeth whitening, straightening and the only 1 that even made sense was the deep root cleaning they suggested. But to me they seemed to be more suited to working on drug dealers, I mean really who has $1800 cash on them ? I would like to see 1 review that a disabled person with mass health says they just happened to have 2 grand in their back pocket with nothing to spend it on and decided to just give it to them. They seem vary low class compared to other dentists I have seen in the past. And the whole up sell , sell sell sell bit made me fell uncomfortable Like I then knew they were not going to do a good job unless I slip some one their some money, how scummy. I am going to file a complaint against them with mass health as a service provider.

Im suffering from extreme tooth pain and have been advoiding getting a few fillings. I finally called and scheduled to get myself in. They got me in for the next morning. The next morning comes around and my babysitter wasnt able to sit for me anymore. I have a very hyper 2 year old and there was no way i could take her with me. When in contact with the receptionist i was blown away with how inconsiderate she was. I told her my baby sotter blew me off, her exact words back. "Well its very rude of you to blow me off, i will not reschedule you another appointment." i replied with im sorry and thank you then hung up the phone. Now im trying to find somewhere else to go that covers masshealth. I cant not believe i was treated like that. The amount of pain ive been in i wanted to be at that appoitment but i didnt know whay else to do with my two year old daughter.

Had a nightmarish experience at this office. I came in with tooth ache the day before Thanksgiving and they told me I needed a root canal and quoted me several thousand dollars for the procedure and sent me home. I spent Thanksgiving eating out of one side of my mouth and in a state of major anxiety about the cost of the root canal (Mass Health does not cover most dental procedures). Thankfully I got a second opinion from another dentist and I got a simple filling for $200 and have been fine ever since. I found the staff at Baystate to be very dismissive, uncaring and evidently they will try to charge you for a root canal when all you need is a filling. Gave it 1 star because 0 stars is not an option

Absolutely! Without a doubt, this has been the best experience Ive had at a dental office. I mean, Im talking revolutionary. They have latest technology from lasers to 3D printers. You can walk in and out with a new, and improved, smile. Talk about a confidence buster. The doctor that handled my procedure is very knowledgeable and very forthcoming when asked a question or when something was requested of him. Plus, the hygienist that took care of the clean is incredibly passionate about her career and in turn her work is splendid. I can honestly say, I had a great time at the dentist, which doesnt happen often.

I went in because I cracked a tooth and needed it removed. I ended up removing my wisdom teeth as well the same day. The service I received was amazing. The receptionist was extremely friendly, courteous and professional. As I havent been to the dentist in 4+ years the dentist himself didnt have me sense judgement and in fact I plan on returning to Baystate dental for everything mouth related in the future. I felt comfortable and was treated with respect. I have recommended Baystate dental and everyone that has gone there has loved it! Finally a dental office I am not anxious to visit!

I have only gone to Baystate Dental in Westfield twice and both times the experience was wonderful. The staff are friendly and fun and the facilities uses up to date equipment and was very clean. When I went into the office for my appointment yesterday, which was for 8:00 am, I was asked if I had to go to work after and I said yes, that I was going in late because of the appointment. They took me early and I got to work on time. The Westfield office of Baystate Dental is awesome!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE!

Overall the usual excellent experience. A cheerful professional greeting by staff at the desk. Quick thorough exam followed by an excellent cleaning. A short stop at the exit counter where I renewed the fantastic Membership bargain for another year and made my appointment for my next cleaning/checkup. One tiny complaint. The beautifully decorated table top sized Christmas/Winter Solstice tree had no table so could hardly been seen behind the comfortable overstuffed waiting room chairs.

I will not give this practice one good review EVER!!!! took my 8 year old daughter seen Emily the hygienist and rude as ever to my child telling her a 6 year old sits better then she does. she needs 5 cavities and a baby root canal. i take my child regularly to the dentist for cleanings and because im a masshealth patient they just want the $$$$ .. will never recomend this office to anyone horrible service to children needless to say my daughter is now scared to even go to the dentist!!!
