It was like a nightmare going to these people. I met with doctor Tina Liang. She was the worse person I have ever met in my life. First I had my insurance card with me. It was Saturday of October in 2014 when i went there. They said since the insurance cannot be verified so I had to pay from my pocket. I was in severe pain so I decide to pay them. They charged me with 350 for one surgical extraction and X ray of full mouth. They kept a note that when the Insurance verifies to them that there is money left in my Insurance plan, they will refund back my money to my bank account. I came inside the extraction room. They numbed my mouth and pulled the tooth. The tooth was not numbed enough and the doctor Tina Liang was in a hurry to go to other patients who should was treating at the same time she was treating me. She was moving from room to room. This doctor did not wait enough time to get the tooth fully numbed and pulled my tooth. My tooth came half way out and got stuck. I literally jumped on my seat and stood up with immense pain in my mouth. My BP fell down and the head started spinning like a ball. It took me almost 30 minutes to come back to my conscious. After all this the Doctor said that she does not want to treat me and that I could leave the clinic because according to her I was moving too much. After she made a threat to me she left to a different room. She came back after around 20 minutes and started working on my tooth again. This time since it was too long of a time for the tooth to get numbed. So my tooth came out after some more effort. It was a worse experience that I have ever had in my life time. I will never ever recommend any body to go to this particular doctor. Right now it 6 40 pm-03/24/2015. It has almost been 6 months or so. I am consistently calling these people to refund my money back to me but they are not cooperative. Any time I call these people they say that they will inquire from the Insurance company if they have refunded my money or not. I am still hoping to get my refund back but all in vain. May God teach her a lesson in her lifetime.Amen....

Id like to first start out by saying Ive never been a fan of having dental work done but Columbia dental , their clean and friendly staff and office was a big relief. I started my adventure at another facility as a walk in with broken tooth and serious infection , the pain I was in was unbearable. After not only a long wait but also a very unhelpful visit to this other facility I arrived at Columbia desperately seeking help. I was asked if I had an appointment , which I did not and was told they will see what they can do. Being after hours Columbia was the only place open and they still took me immediately realizing I was in sever pain. As soon as the formalities were taken care of they help relieve some discomfort with a nerve block while they worked on their scheduled patients. Instantly I knew I was in a better place. After meeting the doctor and discussing options we decided the tooth needed to be removed to rid the infection. The procedure as tough as it was had been made as pleasurable as possible by the doctor and his assistants. Within an hour of walking through the door the problem was solved and I felt 100% better. I also found myself a new dentist office and couldnt be happier

Ive never had sucj a bad experience as i dod with Columbia dental. Everytime i went i ended up getting sick or having a cold afterwards because they do not properly clean. The staff is unprofessional and acted like a teemeager on theor phones and came into the room to gossip with other employees while your waiting for the doctors in the chair. Tje dentist would have to yell at everyone to get help, notjing was ever set up and ready, and i spent hours waiting. After everything they quoted me a set price and i paid it. Now 2 years later they are telling me i owe them money after i came back to redue an xray they lost which ended in yet again getting sick. If tou have insurance otjer than state they fully try to rip you off. This is the worst place i have ever gone. I would suggest to anyone to run as fast as you can away from them!

The only thing I like about this place is that they got late appointment availability. Cons: they always changing doctors!!! The last time I went they supposedly did one filling and they told me that the bill will be 30 something bucks!!! Then I recieve a bill from them " the first one!!!!!!!" Saying I was 60 days late ummmm really. The bill was for two filling so I called and they said that the doctor did two filling. If I wouldve known that I would have pay it that day. Also when I called they told me it was an estimate only umm they didnt tell me that when I was there!!!!! This place is the worst place in Organization and clarification. Be clear and organize thats all I ask.

Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. After being warmed I still went against my better judgment. I had made an emergency appointment and explained the amount of extreme pain I was in. 10. minutes before my appointment I received a call from them telling me that they overbooked and needed to reschedule. How did you not see this 10 hours ago. They did, they just were hoping they could quickly give their creepy service to everyone. Its all about the money with this place, not the patient. Happy Holidays everyone, stay safe and away from Columbia dental!

Went for tooth extraction (2)... Have been delaying it for almost 5 yrs as i am really afraid of dental procedures. Had a very bad experience in the past with some other dentist. Dr Tina Liang assured me that it will be good with no problem and i was there yesterday. The entire experience was amazing. She gave special attention and the surgery was smooth and swift. Dr. Tina Liang and the entire staff was good and i experienced no pain at all. Its been 10 hrs. now and there is no swelling or discomfort. Thanks to Tina Liang and the amazing staff of Columbia Dental, Rocky Hill.

Ive been a patient here for a while now and I must say that the appointment scheduling is given urgently. If needed a refill on your prescription, you can call in. The dental work is outstanding. Ive had a root canal done, a crown put on, tooth repair, and had all 4 wisdom teeth taken out in one go! The receptionists, especially Alex, Cintia, and Tia are the utmost professional and respectful people who know how to take care of a client. The dentists themselves are comforting and very ethical. Wish every dental clinic was as nice as this one! Thank you.

I had a very fantastic experience!! I do not normally enjoy situations involving dental procedures. I am 31 years old and had to have all four of my wisdom teeth extracted from under the surface due to a couple of them being impacted. The whole process was simple, quick, and efficient. I was reassured in every way possible, and treated with respect. Everything went as I could have hoped for. The Oral Surgeon DR. David Fenton was great, as well as his helpers. Thanks Columbia Dental of Rocky Hill CT!!
