What other practice can you call at 7:25AM, expecting to leave a message for staff who start at 8AM.....and get THE DOCTOR!!?? Dr. Heim answered the phone. Took all my information for Dr. Carroll and was friendly and jovial and helpful. I have seen BOTH Dr. Heim and Dr.Carroll, as has my husband. My elderly mother too. Everyone in this practice helps you feel welcomed and that you are valued. Get this! As I was writing, Cathy called from the practice. The very thing I had asked about/for via an email yesterday, was already done for me! A referral had already been sent with xrays to the oral surgeon my mother will be seeing. They know exactly what to do and take care of your needs completely.

My wife and I have been going to Dr. Carroll for a couple of years now and he has been an amazing dentist. He and his staff are fantastic. However, I am writing about todays visit with my 5 year old daughter. She had a cavity that needed to be filled and was a bit apprehensive. He made the visit so fun and entertaining that she didnt know she was getting a cavity filled. Dr. Carroll is a wonderful dentist for adults but I now have a new respect for how well he did with my daughter. So well that when my daughter walked out to the reception area, she said "this is the best day ever!"

Recently I had a "crown" put on by Dr. Carroll and his amazing assistant Val. I was really nervous about the procedure. The entire staff made me feel very comfortable an reassured me that everything would be fine. The entire procedure took 2 hours. One office visit! When I left there I had a "new" tooth. I was nervous for nothing. Thank you to the wonderful staff of Dr. Heim and Dr. Carroll! Hopefully I will not need anymore crowns, but if I do I will not have any worries!

My husband and I have been coming to Dr Carroll for a few years and have always had the most caring, friendly treatment from not only Dr Carroll but all of the dental and office staff. When we recently moved to our new home Dr Carroll and the office sent us a beautiful floral arrangement; and when I retired at the end of the year, Dr Carroll sent me a personal note. Whenever I tell my young son he has a dentist appointment his response is always "yay! I cant wait!" My entire family has been going to Dr. Carroll for years now and we couldnt ask for a better experience every time we are there. The staff is always so pleasant, helpful and friendly. The hygienists and doctors are always kind and gentle. When you experience the best, seeing the dentist is no longer a chore, but the highlight of my day!

I am having a second crown done this week by Dr. Heim. He has the most current, state of art technology ; the complete process is done in hours, no second visit! My crown has the same shape,grooves and color as my original tooth. Very satisfied-thank you.
