I do have a slight fear of dentists and was a little anxious before I visited tooth time dentistry in East Hartford. With in a few minutes that fear was all gone & I had one of the best experiences I have ever had at any dental office. When I entered I encountered a bright & receptive front office with a welcoming staff of nice & helpful people. The room I was seated in was bright with huge windows for viewing the beautiful outdoors. I actually thought for a minute I was at a Spa. The best part of this experience was Dr. Lim. She was gentle, considerate and so efficient at her work. Some cavities & a cleaning were done so quickly that I asked several times, are you sure we are all done. Yes she said & I can hardly believe I am saying this. I look forward to going back to her office for future checkups & any other work I need to have done. Dr. Lim gave me good sound advice on maintaining my tooth & gum health. It was just what I needed. This dedicated Doctor & her staff deserve 5 stars for changing my fears to raves. I highly recommend that everyone see for themselves what makes this such a unique experience. I also understand from her staff that she is so wonderful with children. Good luck to all.

Ive struggled with my sons anxiety over dental treatment for years. There is nothing worse than seeing your child in such distress. Dr. Lim was recommended to me and her gentle demeanor, genuine caring and excellent clinical work was an instant antidote for his fear. Im so glad Dr. Lim has opened her own practice and must say that in addition to her talent the office its a beautiful, bright, and clean. Two thumbs up!

I wish I could give this place 0 star. Worst experience ever!!! I believe all other reviews are fake. Their receptionist doesnt even know how to communicate, guide and speak. I took my Mother here for second opinion and examine but their dentist has no opinion of her own and copied everything from previous dentists report. OMG

So happy to find a dental office that accepts all ages with a great dentist and staff. The office is very inviting and calming. Dr. Lim puts any dental anxiety at ease. She offers nitrous oxide and many other services. Ill be sure to recommend all my family and friends!

Went in for a sore tooth and she told me i needed fillings on other teeth not addressing why i came in or what i said and belittled me when i showed concern about it... It hurts to eat anything now and my teeth are worse then ever....

The staff here is great and so caring. Dr. Lim specializes in children so you can bring the whole family! There isnt a long wait for an appointment either. I highly recommend them!
