Dr. Goldberg is a great doctor with a lot of experience, however if my appointment was at 3pm he would come in at 5pm. I have never spent less that 3 hours in this office, which is absurd. Other than that, in person all of the nurses and assistants are helpful but they are very rude over the phone. If I could just rate their customer service I wouldnt even give it one star. Yesterday, I called to check my appointment that I was told was this month and they had no trace of it. However, an employee at their office booked it, when I asked how that was possible the woman sighed and put the situation on me when I was confused and was asking for clarification. She didnt help me at all with the conflict and continued to cover it up and talk about insurance and how mine was invalid, despite reading my record that stated it was valid. She kept talking but she didnt put the phone on speakerphone and didnt hear anything I was saying. She continued to waste my time for the next 25 minutes. She also blamed me and was so rude. So basically, always question the receptionist about your appointment and her job and always keep phone records of your calls to them the only way you will be taken seriously.

I went to this place two times and will never go back. The first time I went, I waited 40 minutes to get into a room, and 25 minutes to be seen. When i went to ask how much longer it would be, the receptionist brushed me off and said she didnt know, just to wait. All of the staff except for one nurse are rude and unfriendly. The first time I went I was examined by a practitioner, name was "Helga" something. I thought she knew what she was doing. When I went back for a follow-up, I actually saw Dr. Goldberg. First of all, I waited two hours to be seen. Apparently he had an emergency and was running late. Whatever. When he did show up, he barely spoke to me, was very hasty, and didnt seem to care about my problem. And on top of that, he tells me that "Helga" misdiagnosed me; she had told me I had Psoriasis, which made me so upset. Turns out I only had a minor skin irritation. I will never go back to this place. Rude and incompetent people.

I made a special trip to the Cosmetic Dermatology and Aesthetic Laser Center in Swampscott about a week before my wedding because I wanted something more than your standard facial and I wanted it performed by people I could trust. I wasnt a believer that one day could make such an impact, but it has. I had a microdermabrasion and ultrasonic facial done by Alida and I am amazed that my pores actually look smaller, my skin is so much softer and I really do have a glow! I let her know that my face was prone to acne and after these treatments I can cast my worries aside. I also took home some of their products such as the TNS Recovery Complex, Vitamin C, and eye cream. I can’t say enough about how great these people are and how much better I feel and look! Now Im ready to walk down the aisle!

Excellent service, friendly reception and staff. Dr. Goldberg was kind, with a great bedside manner and he took the time to effectively communicate my diagnosis in an easy to understand way. It was refreshing to be treated with courtesy from the moment I walked in at the reception desk. While I was there for a simple medical visit, the entire office seemed to be well equipped with the latest medical and cosmetic technologies. I would go back again without hesitation!!

I was visiting a friend who has been seeing Dr. Goldberg for years. I met with Nicole, the fabulous new aesthetician! She was amazing! I met with her for a skin care consultation and was very impressed with the selection of products and the results that they are producing! I felt very informed about the products :)

I have visited Doctor Goldberg to check on suspicious spots on my skin .With his experienced approach he found abnormalities on the skin took biopsy and it was sent to the laboratory to test. Very good, extremely knowledgeable doctor! FIVE PLUS ! Pleasant, friendly environment !

I made this appt 2 months ago. I am still waiting at 11:45 for a 11:15 appt. They told me it would be at least another 1/2 hour. Do they have any respect for their patients schedules. So frustrating and unprofessional....
