We brought our 4 year old son here because we knew he had cavities that needed to be treated. At our first appointment last October he did ok, not very comfortable. We tried a cleaning in November and again in February and he wouldnt cooperate. They told us "you can try again in a few months, its up to you". This week he started having pain in one of his cavities, I called (6 times to get through) and was basically told they couldnt help us because he wasnt cooperative enough for them. I asked if there was someone they could refer us to and was told "were actually done for the day, Ill call you tomorrow". I never received a call. Absolutely terrible if you are in the service of helping people, especially a young child. Dont support this dentist.
